Best Western Valhall Park Hotell

The breakfast was ok and cleanless of the rooms.

The breakfast terminates to early. The beds were unconfortable. The safe in the room didn't work. No telephone in the room.No cabinets for suits and coats. No elevator or lift for the first floor. Poor Spa and swiming pool , and shower that doesn't work.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, quiet location, surprisingly well balanced dinner menu.

Had to pay for pool/gym.

the breakfast was very good,the location is beautiful ,an old military base transformed into a park .The staff was friendly and they gave me precise information.

Lovely staff, clean room.We took our baby to the restaursnt with stroller or carrier and it was completely fine and we frlt comfortable.Good quality of food but nothing special and it was pricey.

It's rather a good 3 start hotel. The spa has only 14 space and you have to pay extra which would be fine if we actually can use it.

The beautiful environment in a park with splendid nature. Convenient parking. Acceptable room facilities. Good enough bed and mattress.

The staff was very friendly and polite. I got great support even before my arrival in order to fix some booking mistakes. They put the customer first and that's what I experienced.

This was our 3rd time this year. However, this time it felt that the hotel had new catering staff during breakfast. The staff which would benefit from additional training to ensure that tables are promptly cleaned and missing food items are regularly topped up.

The location was lovely, in a large green area. They had a restaurant which was pricy but otherwise good. Very nice breakfast.

Our room was incredibly warm, and we could only ventilate by opening the window, which was very close to public spaces.

Calm and nice location. Interesting rooms in old airforce barracks. Spacious rooms and comfy sofa bed. Nice breakfast and staff.

Clean, weel-kept, all information was very clear. Not a luxuryhotel but definitely adequate for one or a few nights stay. Breakfast and dinner excellent.

Missing a small refrigerator in the room. Pool and jaccuzzi is nice to attract customers, but it is not included in the price !

The hotel is located in a beautiful, rural area; it's very peaceful; guests are able to wander around the extensive grounds.We received a very friendly welcome from the helpful receptionist; this description applied to all the staff we met.Our ground floor room was simply but adequately appointed, including a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. The reception staff kindly provided "real" milk for use with our own English teabags, rather than the powdered creamer found in the room.The shower floor was a little slippery when in use but was otherwise not a problem. There was decent water pressure and plentiful hot water.There was plenty of free on-site parking.The restaurant serves evening meals which were delicious albeit a little expensive. There was a large and wonderful selection of items at the continental breakfast which was equally delicious.We will certainly consider staying here in the future if travelling in this area.

Beautiful tranquil surrounding.Bedding was super nice and the room was exceptionally clean.Breakfast options were very good with swedish items such as herring as well are international - German salami, Italian mozzarella, English breakfast items and American pancakes. We'll definitely be back!

Friendly staff and a nice hotel with beautiful surrounding. We used the pool and jacuzzi facilities and that was also very nice and didn’t cost a lot.

The spa was nice, with an outdoor heated pool.

We would have liked more breakfast options like pancakes, Nutella and some more fresh fruits. They were a bit slow refilling the buffet.The room was a bit on the small side, and with a view of the parking lot.
