Hotel Randers

The charm of the hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.Dinner at the restaurant was top notch to be Denmark.Very nice room!

A bit bigger selection for breakfast would have been good.

The young man at the reception desk was extremely friendly and professional. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone which has advantages and disadvantages.

I have never complained about an accommodation but to enter a carpeted room which had not been vacuumed or poorly vacuumed was not what we expected in any hotel and certainly for not what we had paid. We arrived at midnight and it was still very loud outside. There were 2 pairs of ear plugs in our room! Something to think about.

Great central location, friendly staff, clean and silent room, spacious shower and really excellent breakfast. Parking was also very easy

I left my bracelet in the room, and when I inquired about it less than 24 hours later, the hotel apparently hadn't seen it.

The room and break fast were great. Its in the middle of the city close to most things. Great service.

The fact that you cant make a reservation without a cancelation fee this day in age is absurd. It causes anxiety when booking in advance and makes you a last choice for me. Breakfast should be included...

Room was lovely and spacious. Bathroom luxurious with heated floor and both bath and shower. Welcome extras in room and ice machine in corridor. Didn’t get chance to use sauna/fitness room, but great to have the possibility.

Terrible noise at night from young people in the streets.Had the impression that the Vikings were back, so nocturnal shouting and yelling.Cars in front of the hotel full acceleration.Have the impression that the local youth, do not tolerate tourists.Of course, nothing to see with the hotel.

Did not have time for breakfast

Guestbook was nice but the room I requested was given by mistake of the reception to someone another, we got another room that was smaller which we did not accept, then we got a room cimilar to what we requested in advance. Bad experience with this booking !

Super Breakfast, very nice Dinning Room. Nice and modern decoration combined with classic elements and in a classic setting. Hotel Restaurant was nice with good level and service minded. Specially the Fish was good. The Hotel has their own Parking which is recommended, easy and not expensive. Setting is in a Pedestrian Zone in the Center, so better park the car in Parking enjoy the City Center.

Check out: Keys are automatically canceled at 11.00, this is not nice we you need a little more time to check out.

well located in the centre with own parking, in nice old building, dinner in the restaurant was very good

the room was very hot when I came in, 24degrees, very uncomfortable and stayed hot a long time. Breakfast was Ok, but orange juice was rather artificial and no Nutella.

Beautiful hotel, with a stylish historic decor but modern and convenient rooms. Excellent location right in the middle of Randers. Delicious breakfast.

Due to a mix-up, I was accidentally given a single room instead of the family room I had booked, so it was smaller than I had anticipated, but still very comfortable and more spacious than single rooms at other hotels (only the bathroom was tiny).The coffee served in cans at breakfast was weak (possibly old), but you can order coffee specialties with the charming breakfast staff, which will be freshly brewed and served at your table.The hotel parking garage is difficult to find (you can enter the network of one-way streets only via Slotsgade), and offers little room to manoeuvre (you are forced to block other cars and then hand in your keys at reception so they can move your car if another guest wants to leave earlier) - still, I am happy that the hotel offers parking at all (many historic hotels in other city centres simply don't).

The rooms are comfortable, warm and large enough to easily relax. We enjoyed the mix of old and new decorations. Front desk personnel are very

Only bad thing was the very small garage, I broke my mirror on the one side getting out, so I will never park there again.
