Wonderdul big family room that my toddler could run and play all day , close to the strand for long and beautiful walks and completly central and close to all shops

Cheap price, nice staff and clean rooms.

Only that it was far away from Oslo. But thats why it was cheaper.

Great location, great hotel, clean and friendly staff! Breakfast had a massive choice too.

Nice hotel with good location.Good breakfast.

The weather was great with 30 degrees outside, but the hotel wasn't ready for this. The room didn't have air conditioner and the ventilation didn't deliver fresh air. So it was very warm and we almost didn't sleep.

Location was great

No kettle, tea/coffee facilities in the room which is basic. Breakfast selection was poor compared to other Scandic hotels.

Nice large and luxurious hotel in the middle of Trolhättan, a lovely small city in Sweden. We came with three peope and we got a spacious room.

Pillows / bed in the room were good, the staff helped with best place to park car & easy to talk to and friendly.Great location next to shopping area and lovely river side walk lined with some restaurants and pubs.

Breakfast was average & hot choices were cold in the middle so cooked probably from frozen!Tables were mainly full with dirty dishes, had to move and stack to open up a table.Corridors to rooms had what I can only describe as a hydraulic oil smell, but rooms were OK!

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only available in reception, so not able to make a hot drink before getting dressed.

The breakfast is excellent, a very good choice of hot and cold foods and drinks, we were allowed breakfast containers for left overs. The swimming pool and sauna was lovely and assisted overall fitness, comfort and relaxation. The views over Gota alv (the river) is always pleasant. Staff are pleasant and attentive, we were given a kettle for the room as this was missing.

There was initially no kettle with tea refreshments in the room. It is a little pricey. A minor issue noticed with maintenance in the shower area by the sauna: taps & attachments were partially broken, meaning you had to hold the shower hose rather that hanging it up.

Lots of builders and road repairs in work clothes at breakfast.

The breakfast was chaotic, and several products were not properly replenished.

Dinner: I got a mixed grill—microwave food.Breakfast: Bacon cold and scrambled egg, more water than egg.

The staff were so friendly and really made us welcome, especially with the little extras like a kettle and sorting our bed. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable

Breakfast was good - plentiful and a good variety. Nice room overlooking the river.

The hotel restaurant rarely opened for dinner and the variety of food was limited.There is a bar which is part of the reception area and manned by the reception staff. Drinks on offer were very limited.

Clean, spacious, staff are super friendly

No telephone to call the front desk; no coffee maker or water in the room or close by; there was someone push our room door, suspicious activity; the bike for rent is dusty.

Good location when visiting family

I should have been informed about the refurbishment being done. I should not have been charged the full amount
