so nice and friendly for non-locals - rooms were very cozy and very nice

Out of their control, but the construction in the front - was a pain to being in bags. All lights and outlets are only functional if your hotel key is in the special slot. Fully understand the energy efficiency, but it caught us off guard

Staff members are friendly, helpful.

The room in the basement is too noisy with colleagues get in and out for storage.

This hotel is situated in the center of Trollhättan in a calm neighborhood. Hotel is in hygge style, which truly amazed me! Breakfast was in for of exceptional Swedish tables. I am looking forward to come back again!

The hotel is in the city centre and it makes it really easy to go around. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was very good!

The sauna room could have been better equipped & the dinner buffet had only one full main course.

Only reason I dropped a point was the lack of parking. Had to book a spot apparently, but didn't know. Not great having to leave foreign-plated car (i.e. full of good stuff to nick) on the street. Anyway, everything else was great.

Expected a small room but bed (140cm ?) too small. Dinner main course okay - desert poor.

Central location. Superb breakfast. Very good staff.

Great breakfast! The personal was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for a quick business trip. The sauna was very nice and I even used the bike to explore the town. Gym is bare bone, but gets the job done.

The half board dinner was pretty lame, undercooked and lacking flavor. I thought the room was dated and had a bit of a funky smell when I first arrived. A bit over priced for the area.

Staff was lovely. Always really helpful and friendly. Perfect location with everything in a walking distance. Price for the room was great. Really easy to extend your stay. I booked a room for a night but ended up staying for 4 nights. Nice restaurant with great options to choose from. I would definitely come back.

Nice breakfast and dinner, both included in the price. Very relaxing and easy stay.

Beds are small. Limited parking facilities, but easy to find parking on the street.

Clean and confortable. Excellent breakfast and saun.

Rooms are a bit small. Could benefit from a few extra square meters. It's in front of a large street and so you can hear the cars passing by depending on your room location.
