Best Western Hotel Trollhattan

First of all, the location is amazing — right in the centre. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. But above all, the food was outstanding: both breakfast and dinner offered a great selection, high-quality ingredients, and perfectly seasoned dishes. Highly recommend!

I only wish the window could open a bit more, but I understand that’s due to health and safety reasons. Apart from that small thing, everything was excellent.

Passable

Hotell staff was great but the room was small and i could hear neighbors from two rooms down talking.

Clean and silent.

Could not have my invoice on company´s name.

Room was small and basic, the staff were extremely nice. Good breakfast, excellent location

Go at your peril!

I've chosen Best Western because I thought they kept their standards worldwide. I was mistaken. It was my second worst hotel experience after a full-of-dust hotel room in Algeria. We are talking about similar standards. The room was dirty, bellow par. Plus, there was no cleaning from one night to the next. The room was not tied up, towels were not changed, shampoo was not replaced, and there were no changes in tea cups for cleaner ones, etc. The room was not serviced! When I asked the receptionist what had happened, they blamed me, informing me that guests must signal at the door that the room must be tied up in Sweden. A fat and ugly lie! An experience NOT to repeat. Go at your peril!

Breakfast was good apart from the scrambled egg it was lumps of steamed egg

Noise from the rooms, dirty bathroom, poor check in no info on breakfast times or restaurant,

The Best Western is very central in Trollhättan and very convenient if you visit relatives what I do from time to time. It is very close to Drottning Square in downtown. Room was clean, small, but absolutely good for a night. Price was well affordable and for Swedish hotels really very good.

The Location is perfect in the heart of the city, with free street parking between 19:00-09:00.Breakfast was sufficient but would have preferred some variety between the days.

the room could do with a bit more storage space.felt very 'compact'. even the bedside tables felt small.

The location is in the centre of the city and close to all the shops, The room is quite good and breakfast was excellent.

the room was quite small

Breakfast, price, location, staff,

No cast on tv, main light in room very dim,

The Hotel close to the City. The room was acceptable (with two disadvantages). The staff at the reception was very kind.We had good breakfast. Parking is not simple, but with the help of e-Parking could be solved quite reasonable

The room faced an internal yard and a ventilator on the next building was quite noisy (0-24). (A room facing the traffic-free street would have been better.) There was no any cupboard

Had to stay an extra night in town and quickly booked there. Nice and kind staff. I could stay an extra hour for an important work meeting. Quiet and central, would come again and might.

The bed was a bit too soft. Otherwise nothing.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and well done.

My pillows smelled bad. The breakfast was okay.

Very decent hotel, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 1 night before moving on to Göteborg where we took the ferry.

Bathrooms are somewhat dated but clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing… they had everything and lots of lactose free items.

The bed was very small

Friendly staff. Free tea, coffee and snacks in reception. Close to shops.

Lacking in vegan breakfast options.

Location

Two single beds instead of one double bed and price could have been a bit cheaper.

The staff very aware, friendly, and helpful. Because when my lock was stucked she just direct change my room . She said that she's afraid that gonna happend again. Thank you. And there is very easy because theur hang the form about express checked out its really eficiense. Because my flight was very earky so i just wrote the firm and leave my key in box and i left.☺️

Mostly i like all durung my stay.

Convenient location in Trollhattan.

The rooms and facilities are way too old fashioned, non functional devices, etc. and needs a renovation.

The staff was super professional and friendly

They offered us a takeaway breakfast bag because we checked out early. It was amazing
