Stay was ok as there were very few guests. One need to mind the building is of outdated standards and suits better for tourist mountain lodge than as a hotel. Talks, music, other noises are getting easily through the walls. Breakfast is limited but OK. Thumb up for free parking space.Mind - this facility has no reception which makes things faster, but you are on your own all the time.

Breakfast was decent, could be better especially for a vegan, no facilities, woke up 5:30 am by people slamming doors, no reception (which is fine, but feels a little cheap arguably), light traffic (close to the road) but I fell asleep easily

Good price, nice and clean. Very kind staff that helped us print and called to make sure we were ok. It was a big plus that our dog could start as well.

The rooms were very small but it was alright.

In principle I'm fine with the all automated access but it does feel a bit odd for a not that small hotel to have no resident staff. And yes a water heater was present but read more below

This has got to be the most ridiculously impractical hotel room I've ever stayed in. Bathroom sink is miniature with no surrounding space. To find the waste basket you have to crawl under the desk and I just had to laugh when I found out that the only place to operate the water heater would be on the floor or on the edge of a shelf. Also if you want to provide EV charging do put up a sign to prevent people blocking it by simply parking

Sengene var forferdelige, horrible beds, way too hard!!!One bed was also broken and dangerous in rom nr.119!!! Puter/pillows, ok! Frokost/breakfast ok! And WAY too expensive for the standard of beds and NO personal service!!!

It was clean and we received an email with the access code. The heating in the room was on.

Nobody in person there. We choosed this hotel because breakfast was included and we saw the pictures from the buffet in the announcement. Next morning there was no buffet for breakfast. By coincidence we found some sandwiches, chocolate bars, Joghurts, milk and crackers in the fridge. We were disappointed. They should have let us know that beforehand.

Self check in and check out without physical staff at reception. Which is fine in itself but the telephone Number provided for assistance was not answered.

The breakfast was ok.

The room looked way different than the pictures shown on the web side, I felt bad to bring my family there. The price is way too high for this condition. I paid similar money in other hotels with way better conditions. The wall has no sound isolation. The noise from the drain pipe was so loud that it woke me up a few times during the night. Another thing is who is using the toilet in the middle of the night. Strange place. Never again.

After a shower the bathroom floor does not let the water drain away. Therefore a pool of water stays on the bathroom floor.

Nice quiet location. Very clean and good breakfast. It's a hostel-not a hotel. So it had extra facilities like a good kitchen and nice common areas.

This is actually a hostel. Not a hotel. We stay in hostels often and this one had extremely nice facilities for a hostel. But we were paying quite a lot, expecting a hotel which it definitely is not.

Very very poor breakfast. Breakfast was till 9 am, but at 8.15 left only few pieces of meet and eggs. Alao we thought the room will be better.

Headed to Sarpsborg on a road trip to catch the football so had booked any reasonably priced hotel for the night. It's fair to say this hotel surprised us. Slightly out of the centre (albeit a pleasant 15 minute walk to the stadium) we arrived at the hotel to self check in (very convenient) and to a standard room, tidy and clean. The hotel interior is nice, giving off a wooden cabin vibe (a la Twin Peaks). Breakast was a mix of cooked and continental. Very nice.

Sooo comfortable bed! Easy check in with a code. Looked clean, Nice and calm location. Is very central. The breakfast is one of the best ive had. It has every norwegian standard stuff you would usually eat! Super fast internet.

Bathroom small, no shower separator/curtains so the shower is flooding the floor. A lil too pricey but its got all u need! Amazing breakfast and the comfortable bed makes up for it!

Nice clean quiet room. Nice breakfast. They offered us a safe place to park our bicycle overnight.

No staff... accept the breakfast waitress, the bathroom, even though it is clean, is very small to use it.

Fundamentally a good place - you can sleep & shower etc & see the lake.Breakfast also good.Particularly good point: Laundry room.Also: Outdoor picnic area, excellent.

I would describe this as a very, very, nice hostel.Calling it a hotel though, is a stretch. Nice, but extremely basic. I would not pay this kind of money again.
