Most things, I thought the energy drink would be more expensive, but it's regular gas station prices

Very loud and obnoxious people screaming for 20 minutes straight around 11 pm, I didn't contact the staff but maybe should've. No minibar, no bath tub, unfortunate.

Delicious breakfast, helpful staff

Way too hot in rooms and difficult to ventilate. In city centre so noisy outside in evening. No on site parking. Dated bathrooms.

Good location, ok price

Strange design of room, big hallway and narrow bathroom.Bathroom needs a facelift. Very crowded at breakfast, both around the food area (nowhere to put down plate etc) and around the seating area. We found that quite stressful.

I like the room it was very clean and the bed sheet was very good not so duty because i have allergi when it becomes the linen of the bed. The kids was enjoying staying in the room.

The hotel room was minimalistic. Tea kettle would be really nice.

The breakfast was exceptional, the design warm and modern. The restaurant looked very cozy

The room was so small that traveling with a bigger suitcase I wouldn’t know how to open. The room temperature was only 17 degrees and wasn’t able to get warmer. The receptionist didn’t know how to change. Smiling is seemingly not a strength of Norwegian people.

Good view from my window and underfloor heating in the bathroom has been appreciated.Breakfast was good with variety of options for everybody. Staff at the restaurant were pleasant but I would suggest when doing their job to be aware of customers present and make them priority.

When checking in I was trying to spell my name to the receptionist to make it easier to find my booking but was quite abruptly interrupted and was told to give her my full name in quite unfriendly manner. One of the spot lights in the bathroom was dying and been flickering which was quite irritating also water in the shower cubicle wasn’t draining fast enough.

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions recently and each time it was excellent.The recent refurbishments have ensured the rooms are modern, bright and extremely comfortable.

Considering the extra charge for the room, due to my pet (a cat), I expected a better room.Unfortunately it seems that, although the extra cost for the cleaning not mentioned on Booking (it actually says that no extra charges would be added), rooms given to guests with pets are not the best.Still a very nice room but a bit updated and with some small issues due to use in time.But still very clean and with all comforts.

Everything else was good. Easy to check in, free breakfast, the elevator worked, the room was okay, the shower was good, two sets of towels, decent range of TV shows, etc.

Gym was closed, not a lot of vegan breakfast options, no minibar in the room, the TV signal was weak, could hear people snoring in the other room and make noise in the very early morning....

The construction workers starting drilling sawing and banging 07:00 in the morning. They placed me on the same floor and beside the room.

Hotel under renovation. Had to change rooms. Bathroom very small.

The hotel is in the middle of town, built onto a shopping mall. Easy to get anywhere in town.

Parking is not possible at the hotel itself, so you have to park in the shopping mall parking or further away. There is no direct access to the hotel from the mall, so you have to go outside of the mall and around the building to find the entrance of the hotel. Rather annoying, especially since there is no sign pointing you to the hotel anywhere in the mall.The hotel should make a deal with the shopping mall parking for the hotel customers, so it would be cheaper to park the car there.

The location is nice, short distance to everything.

There was some reconstruction and we did not know but we booked it with 3 months notice so it was alright.

The room could have benefited from better lighting. Apart from the entryway, there was only a reading light by the bed and a spotlight. It was simply difficult to work at the desk.
