The room was clean and comfy, and the location was super convenient. The staff were so friendly and supportive. Would definitely stay again!

We booked a room with a city view and instead had a view of an air conditioning unit or roof? Definitely wasn’t a city view. We left a day early and ate the nonrefundable room bill. The people at the front were polite but could not help with any questions about the area at all. If they are not from the area, maybe a nice guest book outlining activities, recommendations for restaurants, and customary tips for parking would have been of great service, especially for those out of the country. A lot can be googled but not everything can. We had to pay to stay somewhere else on top of what we gave the hotel but we felt safer. At one point someone was walking by our window on the roof.

The room was nice and modern. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had, and the staff was always there to answer questions.

I had to walk through a restaurant every time I had been outside, and that was a bit uncomfortable. I was not able to pay extra and check out later.

Great location, super clean, friendly and helpful staff and very nice breakfast. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet.

Very good location and handy for the train station. Close to everything in town. Very friendly staff and good range at breakfast.

I had a room without a window (which I was aware of) but it just meant the air was a little stuffy and the light was a bit dim. Not a problem for just one night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The breakfast is superb. It has a lot of choices and also considers vegetarian options. The location is excellent as it is situated near the restaurants, the central station, and bus stations. Overall, Overall, I enjoyed and appreciated my stay here. The room is quite larger than other hotels.

There are some areas inside the room that wasn't wiped properly due to dust such as the coffee maker and its area.

The staff were very helpful both by email and in person. The breakfast was really good and the location was good.

The bed was very poor. I could feel every slight moment from my partner. There was also a strange high pitch noise in the room which I had to drown out with the fan. No AC, luckily not that hot when we stayed.

The breakfast buffet was large, including glutenfree options, the decoration of the restaurant/breaktfast room is cool. The staff was friendly, thank you.

The room was not clean. In the bathroom we had a lot of stains and the towel rack was very dusty. The room smelled very dusty and hot, we couldn´t open the window properly for fresh air. My partner was sneezing a lot lying in bed, because of the dust, probably in the carpet.

Close to the train station. Clean room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast that the staff gave us to take away as we were leaving early in the morning.

The room was a little small but it didn't bother us for just 1 night.

Location was almost perfect. Less than a block from train station. Tapas restaurant and bar in hotel, was busy with locals. Shower had good pressure. Plenty of coffee in room. Breakfast was decent, hot food and continental.

Internet was terrible. Could not stay connected at 480p. Says it has an elevator but not for section across bar. There is a night light in bathroom pod you cannot turn off, not too bright but if used to sleeping in darkness, noticeable. Room had no window so it needs better overall lighting. All hotels should all have safes.

Nice room in a great location. The staff was also very helpful. Even when we lost a roomkey they were nothing but nice and friendly, great service.

Apparently, our room was next to a rooftop bar, so when Friday night came around we couldn't keep our window open, even though room was warm and stuffy.

Part of the rooms are accessible only by passing through the Pinchos restaurant (also used to serve breakfast). Personally I found it strange and unpleasant. In the room I was able to smell the popcorn they serve.

A very good value option for a one-night stay. While my room was windowless (I knew this when booking) it served its purpose very well, as all I needed was a place to sleep with little other time spent in the room. The inclusive breakfast was of very high quality. The location is great, right opposite the railway station and 5 minutes from the bus/coach station.

Comfortable bed, perfect temperature. Nice design of the cabin, good breakfast. Very nice and personal staff.An extra plus for providing hooks to hang the towels on!

You couldn't wash your face in the sink, it was too small and all the water splashed on the floor.Needs better soundproofing, I was disturbed by other guests arriving later.

Location is very central, P-house is next to Hotel and breakfast was good. Also the communication with Hotel was rapid and easy. Room was clean and ok.

Rooms are rather small, condition is ok. You can hear a bit noice especially from upper floor, which can disturb someone. Lobby is very small and if many people leaving at the same time, gets crowded.
