That they had a relax area with jacuzzi and sauna included in the price.That breakfast was included in the price.Check in and check out times were good for us.

Size of room. No coffee/tea making facilities in room and no hot drinks available in hotel except at meals or in the bar. The staff who checked us in and the staff in the bar were not friendly or service-minded. We were not made to feel welcome.The information available was limited.

The other reservation for 3 that was cancelled, but I was still charged. The hotel confirmed the cancellation with no penalty, but Booking.com still charged my card. I am still waiting for a credit 22 days later. I will NOT use Booking.com again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

It was our second time at scandic (different scandics) where we requested baby crib. Both times we got the request confirmed, and it was not there when we checked in.

With the exception of a woman at reception, the staff was super friendly. However, this woman’s behaviour was outrageous. We stayed three nights and noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned when we came back to the room on our first day. I went down to reception asking how it works with the cleaning. The lady couldn’t have been more rude even if she tried. She mumbled something about a sign in the room and in the lift, before I could ask anymore questions she had walked away acting like she was too good to answer people. The next morning we were looking for the sign in the room, but couldn’t find it. I then went down again to ask at reception, only to be told that you have to notify reception the evening before if you want the room cleaned the next day. Thankfully, the guy at reception was the complete opposite to the rude woman from the evening before and was very helpful and helped us out to get the room cleaned.

Very good location and excellent service.My mobile loading plug broke down. Could borrow free of charge a substitute.

The door to the bathroom had a very obvious imprint.

Hotel is in nice location, just a cross the street there is a big parking (extra cost) which was very nice. The hotel restaurant is looking nice and breakfast were tasty ✨

The look of the room could by way better, you can here everything was going around you which is not the best and in general the cleaning could be better - our cat found some trash under the beds. When your are coming to the hotel with your pet and the hotel is informed about it I think we can focus then a little bit more on those details.

The hotel's location is convenient, as it is close to the city center.You can also reach the train station on walking.

The friendly staff at the desk will help you find places to go walk or what to do. Nice location with river across the entrance. Good breakfast and staff even prepared lactose free pancakes specially for my nephew with lactose free wipping cream. So great service

Regarding breakfast - lighting is very poor as I can’t see buffets in the dark area. Should be lighting in the buffets. I don’t like the dark ……. This is because of my Isher as I don’t want bump people in the buffets.

Great location. Everything is in walking distance. It is close to the water, close to some great restaurants and has some great running tracks (trails and asphalt) around the corner. I liked the breakfast. The room was clean, and the bathroom freshly renovated. The bed was great, and I had a good night sleep. I love that you can open the windows to get fresh air in.

The hotel is close to a quite busy street. It is quiet in the middle of the night, but can be noisy in the morning (during working days) and evenings (weekends). If you close the window, you don't hear it, but if it is summer and you want to sleep with open window, you better use ear plugs, otherwise you will be woken up by traffic.

You can bring your dog.Great breakfast! Central location.

It was too hot in the room, not sure there was an AirCon.A bit loud traffic right outside sometimes.
