Pros +
- Location
- Great stay for easy trip to legoland.
- Very good lunch and breakfast. Friendly staff. I liked the decor.
Cons -
- I found out that the venue was a party hub, and the exit was directly below my room. I was kept awake until 3 in the morning by drunk people leaving the hotel, and trying to find their hotel rooms, or just yelling down the hallway and stairs. The room was not insulated against this amount of noise.
- I didn’t like-the room(very old hospital rooms and weird washrooms) -the services(asked to warm the food for kid as it was 8 in evening, rejected by saying they don’t do it because of hygiene, also the cleanliness was 3 out of 10, given plastic glasses to drink water or use, no coffee or tee in the room, room floor was also dusty thus I can’t leave my kid to stand or walk barefoot on the floor)-interior (old sliding doors, vintage wooden windows, not running exhaust fan in washroom, broken dustbins etc )
- I moved the small chair and i found that the floor was not really clean, the room are not new, simple room no frigobar in case that you ned something.

location, city center

The room was comfortable, the mattress was good. The restaurant and bar section in the hotel is lovely and feels trendy and luxurious, particularly in the evening. We LOVED the breakfast. The buffet has a good spread and each item is great. From soft boiled eggs, omelets, sausages, crispy bacon, warm paté, many types of fresh rolls and bread, a delicious chicken mayonnaise, organic butter, jams, and many different types of mini sized pastries. The cook who was working there during the breakfast was very kind and friendly, and you could feel that she had put a lot of thought and love into every item served at breakfast.
I bring my own duvet and pillow, because I find the duvet scratchy and the pillow lumpy, but that's personal taste. The shower was a bit unhandy, as there is only a shower curtain, but the floor is one plan level with the whole bathroom, so after my husband and I had a shower, the floor was quite flooded, giving us wet feet when using the toilet or the sink. Parking is not great. We parked in the street, because there were roadworks blocking the car park under the hotel. We paid about €25 using EasyPark, from 11:00pm until 10:00am the next morning.
Great breakfast. The beds were comfy. Location right beside train and bus station.
As I advised the receptionist, the room was far too bright. The blinds in the room were not good enough to block an outside street light, and I and one of our children had trouble sleeping. Our room was like 'daylight' all night. It's not really good enough for a four star hotel. I wasn't offered anything (partial refund/refund for breakfast) for this inconvenience.
Pretty adequate for a short stay. The room was quite okay, really just the bare minimum but clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that the only place to park bikes at the hotel within their car park was a dirty corner where you just kind of had to shove your bike in
The whole setting is excellent, intriguing entrance within a small 'boutique' shopping arcade setting. As I was there with work I didn't get out into the town until Saturday morning and what a revelation that was. Everything you would like to see is a short walk for the hotel, so the location could not be better. Restaurant was excellent (we ate at the Italian restaurant on site both evenings, food was excellent and service was prompt. Obviously a popular restaurant for non residents too. Great, friendly staff. My room was basic but clean and warm (end of March so a bit cold outside).
Room view now obscured by new building work, and that started at 06:00 on Thursday morning, but construction can't be helped - most of the noise was during day. However, building work is nothing to do with the hotel, so no complaint with the venue at all - progress is progress!
The location was great. Bed was good. Room was good.
The bathroom , shower has no proper control on the water spillage. If you take a shower, it will wet the whole bathroom. They kept a wiper in the bathroom. This area needs a major improvement.
Location close to the train station
For almost $ 800 for 3 nights I was expecting 5 stars facilities versus 2 stars confort. Nothing was worth that amount
The room was a great size, comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have a kettle, but not a deal breaker..
Earlier start to breakfast would have been useful.
Big breakfast room, which was able to cater to all the needs of our family who were also staying at the hotel.Compared to our last stay, we didn’t have the same issues with the car park rave that kept us awake before.
No toaster freely available, we had to ask for one.No tea and coffee in the room, but was told on day 2 that we could get a coffee from the restaurant vending machine in the main dining hall.
The restaurant - very nice, very cool atmosphere. The staff - very friendly and helpful.
The room, the bathroom, the hallways, the staircases - everything looks warn out and/or dirty - and in the need of a makeover and an interior designer. The carpets in the hallways and staircases look terrible - they should be changed, or at least cleaned. All interior should be changed to create a more modern and cozy atmosphere.
Convenient for underground onsite parking and great location in the heart of the center. Choice of 3 restaurants onsite and a gin bar. Italian restaurant was excellent and service was good.
Room very basic and bathroom needs uprading. Weird layout. All entertainment bars and restaurants in one central hub in the middle of the hotel and all the rooms are situated around this. Which meant if you needed to go to reception on a busy Saturday night, then you needed to walk through the people sitting eating and drinking which felt awkward to me. The music went on till 3am but we were glad our room was tucked away at the back facing the outside.
Restaurants in the same building, everything at walking distance, good beds. What else do ou need?
I loved everything ! From the rooms to the balcony’s to the bar, and the breakfast..’oh my god it was an amazing experience and I will definitely book here next time ! Perfect place !
Convenient for the station and the centre of town. Comfortable, but unusual hotel - the first and probably only time I will ever stay in a place accessible only via a sushi restaurant!
Staffs at reception are friendly and helpful. Room size is big. For gym, they work with a gym nearby. Underground parking is convenient and need to pay 148 DKK.
Location in the town. The bar / breakfast area is relaxing and is good start or end of the day.
Not very friendly. Rooms need a revamp.
