Super clean, well designed and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast...Everything was just excellent!

All was perfect!

The staff (women at checked in) was polite and not raced the country as some of guests was not polite to me, Staff say sorry to me for the bad behavior of the guest. excellent!!!

price

Comfortable bed and free coffee available

The breakfast was very expensive and certainly not worth the money.

Quiet room, comfortable beds, iron available in the room. Very good dinner in the hotel restaurant! Tasty breakfast, although I think it would be very good if the scrambled eggs were made out of fresh eggs (not powdered ones).

There was no hairdryer in my room, but I usually take my own so if you need one, take it from home!

The hotel is located right in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the train station. Great hotel restaurant with delicious meals, so you don't have to go out and search for a place for dinner. We've got an excellent twin room on the roof floor with two double beds, two TVs and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It's a perfect match when you are travelling with children.

The drain in the jacuzzi could work better. A price was a bit expensive, maybe it's because of the MGP contest.

Great hotel city centre in Herning. As I travelled for a travel fair, it was almost booked out, and the only room available was a junior suite. The room was great, with a good bed and bathroom. Dinner was excellent and good quality. Walking distance from the train station.

Location

Small room. Expensive.

Very charming hotel in central part of Herning, with very authentical and local interior design. Great breakfast, nice selection of wines in hotel restaurant , we`d like to come back again.

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet room with comfortable bed, kettle and coffee/tea, 24/7 open gym in the basement, hotel located directly in the city centre close to various restaurants and grocery stores, safe parking, good breakfast

no lactofree / soya options at breakfast

Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was well-equipped and featured a small balcony, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and never too crowded. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating

The room had a somewhat outdated feel and could benefit from some modernization. Additionally, the common area on the third floor had an unpleasant odor.

I stayed at the Hotel Eyde several times between 1972 and 1976. It had great food then but was much smaller. Now it is a really great hotel

Room, cleanliness and amazing helpful staff.

Good breakfast, big car park and great location in the city center

My room did not live up to my expectations. The room was located at the ground floor close to the reception area and very very close to the street and felt like everybody had a great view into my room.

The cleanliness of the property and room. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.

Reception was super friendly to answer my questions. Room size is enough for single, but it encouraged me to go out and work out at gym. Nice hotel and eco-friendly.

Good location in the centre of the town. Balcony view and very comfortable facilities.

Large step up to balcony and desk, not an issue but some people may struggle.

Very good breakfast

1st night in a very small room witg exceptionally small window. Improved when we moved to a other room.

Good parking space with electric charger. You need to install an application on your phone to unlock the charger and you should pay for the electricity. The chargers are very slow but they charge up the car over night.

Our room was very warm and ventilation was not cooling the room. The staff didn't want to relocate us and said we need to wait until ventilation does its job. But the ventilation was broken. After few hours and several round of complains they relocated us and staff suddenly became more friendly and helpful than the start. Everything was very good afterwards but we didn't have a nice experience when we arrived after some hours of driving there.

The location was perfect (five minutes walking from the city center, bars, restaurants, shops etc),the breakfast had a great variety and was tasteful and the personnel was helpful. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has also a private parking.

The negative point does not have a direct link with the hotel. The private company which rent parking slots and has the electric chargers, needs mobile phone number only from denmark, sweden, finland or norway (apparently i did not have) and eventually i could not charge my electric rental car.

The hotel served an excellent breakfast with a large selection of food. The staff was helpful and the room was nice.
