The location was great and we had a great breakfast

The lack of facilities it would have been nice to have a bar

Breakfast was nice and check in was easy , "Min pub" was cool too. Place was clean and quiet.

There is a Pub right next to the hotel ;) And the check in process was fast and easy, the key was ready in an envelope (there was no staff) breakfast was good, beds were comfortble

There was no staff and I had a question i needed answerd i tried both phone numbers but they did not answer, which was a bit frustrating but ended up catching them on email and they answered quite fast.

Breakfast was more than adequate. We had to adjust to the different style. Good coffee , cereal. Breads were wonderful- still warm! We purchased our own fruit at the SPAR to have with cereal

Large park outside so we could easily park our rental, and a supermarket across the road.

The hotel is big, good breakfast, easy and fast to do the check-in. There is good parking and the room is big.

The check out is a bit early and the check in a bit later than usual are.

Staff is only available from 6am-9amBreakfast was poor Beds where really unconfortable and room very dirty with old carpets &old beds.

Came to watch handball so for that the location was great however if you try to get to herning you have to walk for 45 minutes or take a bus that comes only once per hour.The room was spacious and big and it had a desk and a table and a sofa so comfy allowing you to not sit just on the bedIncluded breakfast of a small buffet with not loads of choice but fresh bread and quality productsIt was quiet and windows had blackout curtains

The public transport was not great to visit the cityMy room was in the far corner of the hotel so I did not have WiFi reception on my phone or laptop. On the phone I only had reception in the toilet and on the laptop I barely had one bar throughout the room.The hotel was quiet however the room is not soundproof. I could hear everything that was happening in the room next door.

Good location for the Jyske Bank Boxen, clean comfortable room, nice breakfast!We forgot something in the room and the staff was very nice to send it with postnord! Very pleasant lobby with access to tea and coffee making facilities!

Staff, location, facility was very good. It was also comfortable. We especially liked the access to tea/coffee.

I was happy for a carpeted floor but we had a pet. I prefer tiled floors for my pet only because should anything happen, it is easier to clean up. While this generally doesn't happen, my pet did get sick once and I ran to a store for carpet cleaning products to clean up. I would never not actively do something to clean up after my pet. A tiled floor is easier. But the accommodations were very good for us.

Easy and free parking

Communication somewhat slow as coming late and I was a little nervous. But found my key and got in but would have liked to have been advised in advance

The hotel's proximity to the exhibition center and the availability of parking is positive. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is ok.

But there are very many criticisms, and these are in complete contradiction to the nice announcements on the web page:1. it seems like a ghost hotel: never, at any time, was there anyone/staff to be found at the reception. Upon arrival, there was only an envelope with the key cards for the room (instead of the announced friendly greeting). Otherwise, there was only a sign with a phone number to call in case of emergency.2. already before arrival the whole amount for the planned stay was debitted from the bank account (instead of the üayment for the first night only, as announced). What if you want/must leave earlier?3. towels were never changed during the 4 days of our stay (although daily change was announced)5. there was no room service, on any day (bed making, etc). When checking out, I was told succinctly that if you want room service, you have to book it in advance and of course pay extra.So anyone interested in a room at this hotel should personally weigh the pros and cons.

Breakfast was quite bad - not anything warm. Very few options to choose from.Only one place for electric car charging.
