Comfortable beds and good facilities. Buffet breakfast was included and was comprehensive.

It is a rural property so there isn’t much around it currently. The local hospital has beautiful grounds and walking and biking paths. Taxi rides into Herning were quite expensive although public transit was available.

Room was cold when arrive . There was radiater , but took a while to warm up

That the bed was 2 small bed moved together to create a queen size, was not comfortable

The building and surrounding are somewhat ok, but not charming. Industry style hotel.

The staff was there, but prefered that i communicated with the robots and machines there. Feels more like a storage place for humans than a hotel.

Pleasant

A hotel with no staff that sells itself as high tech convenience. Well it isn't convenient, it's just self service. Prices were on par with staffed hotels.

Very good

We had water drainage into the bathroom from a hole in the wall under the sink. Probably connected to a shower or sink or something from another room. We needed a lot of towels to stop it coming into the room.

It was clean and comfortable. Being brand new it was still very clean. It is in a very quiet location. Rooms were quite small though.

It was quite far out from the city, but is great if you have a car.

Not one of the self check in counters worked. (We waited 20 minutes to check in)Breakfast was a disaster. Food was great. Great quality and plenty of options. But they ran out of everything constantly. No silverware, no glasses, and empty options when finally reaching food after a very, very long line. The issue was that they did not automatically refill. Not until customers would point out that food or amenities were missing. (Many people stayed this night, due to a concert. But in my opinion the hotel should have made plans for this)

The room was nice and cozy.The TV had also BBC.The bathroom was clean.

I did not like the self check in.And I really did not like the girl in the reception in the morning. I did not complain to here. I said good morning and asked to check out. I also asked for a receipt. She was very unprofessional like she was doing me a favor.I stayed there for two nights. The impression you get from the personnel is that they do not like their job. No one smiles.

Everything was super accessible, fresh food, cheap and good dinner buffet, the mini shops on each floor, everything was perfect

Breakfast was good and location quite and comftable.

The beds where not comfortable,matress was too much soft that we fininshed with a backpain. Room was not cleaned for the whole 7 days.Aircondition was not working that we fininshed asking for a fan and we used it everytime we entered in the room.

Breakfast was good, but no option to skip it.Location was good for the Vildbjerg cup.Clean.

The whole house is terrible, floors are uneven, narrow hallways, feels like it was made out of containers. Lamp in my room broken, toilet roll holder fell off the wall, difficult to put the lights on in the bathroom as the door blocked the switch that was on the outside.Bed was shaped like a "V" so got stuck sleeping in the hole in the middle.Creepy virtual reality staff.Something had been leaking and had nasty brown stripes of goo in the ceiling.Might not be the most expensive place but it was way too expensive for this experience.

Extremely comfortable beds, pleasant design, free coffee & tea. Easy to find. Easy check-in.The included breakfast was fantastic! Crispy bacon, well-cooked eggs, fresh fruit, cheeses & ham, ginger shots, smoothies, croissants. Wonderful!

The hologram "receptionist" is a terrible idea!! And it's placed so when anyone walks in front of the large white box (which is often) the image comes up and says a welcome message... immediately opposite the well-designed & comfortable sofa area - making it a really un-relaxing place to sit.The only 2 staff I encountered were surly and unpleasant, bordering on rude.

The hotel is located outside the city but can be easy to find. It has free parking and a good breakfast. The rooms are clean.

The location and price was very convenient. It is great value for money with the generous breakfast included.

There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling over the bed. A better cleaning is in order.
