Hotel Herning

The staaaf was the best! Friendly and always thre to asssist!

The hotel is more like a better "backpacker" motel. To expensiv. ( I hope the price was upp due to the Handball championsship)

We traveled for my son's hockey tournament and had few expectations apart from simply having a place to stay. We were positively surprised by how cozy and comfortable the rooms were. The breakfast was also surprisingly varied, fresh, and tasty.

Absolutely the easiest walk to the show ground if you’re showing dogs at the Herning winner show. Free parking, super nice staff when checking in, and in the bar.

Absolutely not top notch breakfast….., no butter, no orange juice, no refill of ham or cheese if you’re not up at the crack of day

Great location for Herning convention centre.

Very basic room in a two story container building.

Choice at breakfast was fantastic The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Hotel quadruple prices for people coming into town for the football

Perfect location for any sport occasions or exhibitions, loved it for Ice hockey world championship. Really enjoyed the breakfast as well :)

Staff were helpful and friendly WiFi worked to a satisfactory level

Only lamps in the room no main light, breakfast only served past 8 o’clock. Loud guests very late outside my room due to hockey World Cup, understandable but the communal area was too close to have no dividing door

Location and pleasant staff.

Price was far too high in relation to the simple, almost institutional, standard of the room.Even in Copenhagen, you can get a modern room for half the price.

Clean, comfortable, very close to the box, so if you have an event there is is very close by.

Not noise isolated what so ever. We attended a nearby event, and that nearby event had significant noise into the night, but was still 200 m away. Most other hotels I have attended were much better with their rooms being noise isolated.

Excellent location for events in Boxen. Very nice and friendly staff.

Rooms a bit small.

Very good

Noisy from neighbors passing by. Not that loud, but need soundproof wall.

Comfortable beds, overall cleaning level. Well served breakfast. Free-of-charge coffee if needed.

Unable to set properly temperature in the room - it was winter period!

Breakfast was really goodLocation next to the exhibiton was excellent

Rooms like in a hostel, very simple, old

Great breakfast and easy to get in and out of from the main road. Perfect for an early get away in the morning if you're driving on further.

Stuff is very polite. Thanks ?

3 stars hotel?? - Not at all. Its not worth even 2 ?If we are talking about rooms at least from 10 to 30 and wider... I'm traveling a lot, and this is first my disappointing review ?

The location of this hotel is absolutely superb for events in the Messecenter of Herning or Boxen. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with many varied options. There is also a swimming pool, which is certainly a plus, even if I didn't use it this time.

Lighting setup in the rooms could certainly be better. It is not very obvious that one of the switches act as a master switch for other power plugs in the room. Finally, the blankets are kind of short.

I liked how close it was to the event and that you get free parking and good service.

I don't like the breakfast it was not up to my expectation. No bacon, it's a must, bad with fruit and yogurt was warm and tasted sour and not fresh. I also didn't like how badly cleaned our hotel room was, it was dog hair on both of ours madrases from the previous guest. The curtains is to short for the window so when you sleep right under the window you still get blinded by the gaps cause it doesn't cover anything.

Excellent location, good staff, always willing to help.

A bit old facilities in the room

Breakfast was ok.

No staff at all.Not possible to buy anything.Even the vending machine was not working.Room very cold when we arrived.

How welcoming and helpful the staff was! Plus the breakfast was amazing and the place is really nice and cozy
