Scandic Regina

Worked very well with kids and very cozy atmosphere

The extra bed in the room is too hard. People cannot sleep on a wooden board.

Location was excellent for us as we were visiting friends 10 mins away. Breakfast had good variety. I loved using the gym and sauna. A real bonus.

For me the beans could have been hotter.

Enjoyed using the sauna. Good restaurants in walking distance. Staff was helpful.

Melana at reception was great and very helpful.

Anja at reception was rude. beds are too soft.

Location

Room wasn’t cleaned (had to be requested and then wasn’t always happening!) - showed full of Parking was not freeRestaurant and bar closed all weekAll in all too expensive for what you got!

I really liked the staff, the location, the delicious food in the restaurant, the spacious rooms, the comfort and warmth

The restaurant was busy with an event that evening, so we had to wait or eat in the room. The shower was a little moldy.

Room and the breakfast

Dog-friendliness and large room (junior suite)

Lack of parking. Child-oriented breakfast buffet lacking healthy alternatives.

The lobby and restaurant are very inviting, cozy, and modern looking. There are nice offerings for kids such as a treasure hunt and a room to hang out with table tennis and foosball table in the basement. Close to the nice Herning pedestrian area.

There was very little parking available around the property, all occupied when we arrived in the evening. Luckily, the kind receptionist pointed out some free street parking nearby.

Stay was great, staff were friendly to all the following hibs fans!

Air con - room was so hot

The locations is perfect, close to the Main Street and right next to the station which worked for our early start. The views from our room on the 7th floor were beautiful! Breakfast was lovely and the lady who checked us in was so happy and helpful!

There is no air conditioning which is 25 degree heat was unbearable when the windows only open 1 inch, we did get a fan when we asked the following day.

Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Play area for kids in the lobby. Good central location. Earlier check in was available on request (only same day request)

Only points of improvement would be an option to arrange for earlier check in times in advance - though we were allowed to check in earlier on request on the day - and free cancelation perhaps.

Location , staff friendliness, cleanliness

Location

Food, athmosphere

No water in room, no slippers, no toiletries

Excellent location next to train station. Very good breakfast. Especially the staff was very polite and helpfull

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Super friendly staff, very accommodating for dogs, breakfast was really nice, tasty and fresh with warm bread . Room was clean and comfortable.

We would have really loved if there was a small fridge in the room

Breakfast.

The room was cold. On the bathroom floor had visible hairs in different shades from previous guests. Additionally, the hotel now charges an extra fee for parking, whereas it used to be free for guests.

Staff very helpful. Location ideal.

“Hot” things at breakfast often lukewarm or cold.
