The location of the hotellClose to shopping mal and foodstore. The small areas outside with furniture in the garden.
Small rooms with small bathroomsThe cleaning could have been betterRan out of hot water in the morning showerBirthday party in the breakfast area The breakfast was okay, but to be fair not much to choose when it came to ham etc.To many diffrent levels on the flooring (edges and small steps)
I arrived late to a warm welcome from the staff who had stayed on. Very simple and comfortable room with good facilities. Excellent breakfast. Thoroughly recommended
Bad
Extremely bad customer service. Carefully! check in time from 15.00 till 18.00 If you for some reason can’t arrive within these hours, you will not be let in. Hotel is locked, phone line disconnected. just keep calm and book another hotel ?
Clean, breakfast, easy to reach
smell in the room, but no other rooms were available, so the room could not be changed
Good Breakfast
Unfortunately the WiFi-Signal in the rooms at the end of the hallway is quite weakThe beds/mattresses are old and not very comfortableWe booked a room with a „french bed“, so we expected a bed for two with one mattress, but the room was equipped with a double bed consisting of two separate (and not very comfortable) mattresses.
good breakfast. parking.
smells mold in my room
Theme dinner and transportation with other attendees of a concert of the Messecenter complex. Wonderful waiter at breakfast!
Strange floor plan, cumbersome to get around, and we tripped over unexpected steps a few times.
Breakfast was outstanding, location more suited me as it was nearby my workplace.
