Location and spa facilities was the highlights!

A bit small room, but nice view.

Great welcome when we checked in. We asked for a room with a view of the water and extra pillows, both of which were honored. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Big space in the room.

- the eating utensils are not properly washed/cleaned.- the shower setup in the bathroom.- spider ?️?️ in the room due to the season. They will hide slowly when they see humans in the room. Well, so far it is okay.

It was difficult to carry our sleeping child and the luggage without an elevator.

I used to live in Viborg 35 years ago and the Golf Hotel was the place to stay back then. It is very nice however the rooms are quite dated and they could make more of their lakeside spot. Staff were helpful and kind and the food was great. An easy walk into town.

The wellness area is a bit small, can be packed throughout the weekend. The breakfast has a variety of foods, but not really suitable for vegetarian/vegan diet.

Beautiful location, right next to the lakes. Very close to city centre. Spa and wellness was also a very nice addition.

We experienced a very hostile environment during our check in, which gave a very bad first impression. We got our keycards for the room, without any further information about the hotel. When we asked, we were answered with a very unprofessional attitude. This is definitely not fit for a so called 4 star hotel.

The location by the lake was ideal for visiting Viborg. The spa bath, sauna & pool were open until 22:00 in the evening which was great to unwind after work. The breakfast was also good.

The only issue we had is that the wifi was very unreliable and the internet access ports in the rooms did not work. This seems very strange from a business hotel though the staff just explained that this is the way it is. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to do online meetings or calls using the hotels WiFi. If they fix this,I would give a perfect 10.

The suites with sauna we had we're quite old fashionend and the sauna itself was too small to fit two persons in.

Bathroom needs renovation, size of room a bit small, cleanliness in and outside should be better: spiderwebs everywhere

Fast check-in, free parking, clean and tidy room, all essential stuff provided, very good breakfast. Close to city centre and all attractions.

It's a very nice hotel with a Nice view for the lake. Every body is kind and helpfull. I only can recommend the Hotel.
