Very clean room with everything needed, friendly and accommodating staff. I already recommended this hotel to others.

Poor selection in the Bar,

I attended a festival at Tinghallen, which is in the same building as the hotel so that was extremely convenient.The hotel is a nice modern style hotel.

A bit expensive, a small fridge in the roow would be nice.The bathrroom drain wasn't that efficient - but not bad enough to be a major problem

Breakfast was very good, and the lobby cocktail bar was cosy. The room was very clean and nicely decorated.

My room was on the 2nd floor and looked out on a roof -one of my colleagues had booked through the hotel website, not booking.com, and her room was 10% cheaper than mine, even though she was on the 7th floor with a really nice view over the city,

Beautiful interior, really nice room, amazing bed and bathroom. Nice and quiet place! The staff was very welcoming and pleasant, professional and just perfect.

Too expensive, considering location and facilities: Very disappointing that there was no coffee/tea or fridge in the room. Balcony was nice but no chairs and you could not smoke either? Why pay extra for a balcony that was useless? Coffee in the lobby: really expensive and u had to make it yourself? For that price, it should be for free, and have someone serve/make it. Overall, really nice place but with things lacking thats really nice when u come to a hotel to relax.

It can be challenging to reach the roof-top as there are dedicated elevators - but there is limited signageIn the weekend the noice from the near-by disco and beer-bar is a bit disturbing until 4:30

The location, the view of Viborg from the rooftop bar and the staff, particularly the receptionists, so helpful and nice.

Clean room and facilities.

The proprietors, in their infinite wisdom, have decided that you can only regulate the Air Condition temperature with plus/minus 3 degrees, instead to a desired temperature. Our room was therefore unbearable hot. We have therefore, in our infinite wisdom, decided never to stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel, well maintained and excellent breakfast

I would have preferred if there was a way of buying a few more snacks and sandwich choice, but as you can order food in via Apps was no major issue.

We got an upgrade on our room, all the staff was so friendly, and the hotel had a modern and exclusive vibe.

The carpet in our room needed a good cleaning, but thats the only negative thing we have to say.

The main reason for choosing the hotel was the location as I attended a festival at Tinghallen.The fact that cleaning is something you order is nice for a couple og nights stay so you are not disturbed by the cleaning personnel.

Location is great. It is close to the "shopping" area of the town and not too far from the "historical" part of the town. Hotel is new and not yet worn down, this means everything functions the way it's supposed to. Staff are helpful and polite. Room was clean, design is modern with fairly large bathroom, Wi-Fi speed is exceptional.

Kettle in the room would be nice. Also, for business trips, a larger working area / desk would be nice.

The hotel lobby is a Great place to hang out. There is a bar and areas to relax and work. There is no restaurant but they happily accept you to use Wolt to buy any food from the city’s restaurant and offer you plates and cutlery and a place to dine.

The tv remote and system was very complicated to figure out

It was a good choice, I trust I will stay here next time when I have another meeting near Viborg. Breakfast was excellent, staff helped me with everything. Very well thank you so much!
