Lovely place to stay. Not first time we are coming here. Good atmosfere, employee are friendly. Clean rooms. After day on slopes we relaxed in sauna and pool

The pilows not good ;) not comfotable as beds ;) and ... before few years breakfast was really better :)

Very nice quiet classic hotel in Kongsberg I often use it for business trips. Very serviceminded personell and the facilities are really nice. Modern rooms with great beds, bathrooms and I love the floors. Breakfast is always great here. They have gym and pool, unfortunately I've never had time to check them out.

There is nothing I dislike with this hotel.

Central location in the city, near railway station. Frienly staff gave us an upgrade to a better room with a view over the city.

The kitchen didn’t open until 18:00 for dinner serving or even small snack platter. There was nothing available to eat which is a bummer ! My body stated to itch a lot while in the bed and I moved to the other side of the double twin bed with the used the other second quilt and my body didn’t itch anymore! Bedbugs ??? Don’t know but I have never had that bad itch before !

Best breakfast buffet ever! Really friendly and professional staff. Beautiful location by the river and weir.

A central location although with some one-way streets and an underground parking area it wasn't that easy to find and park up. Great breakfast. A modern hotel where everything works OK.

Kongsberg is an expensive place to stay and that included this hotel. I felt it failed on a 'value for money test' although I'm not aware of any alternatives that are less expensive in the town. Otherwise, it was perfectly adequate for a stay in Kongsberg. Parking had to be paid for on a 24 hour basis and was also relatively expensive.

Good plentiful Breakfast.Good location to walk around the city.Comfortable beds.

It would have been great that in the TV have been installed netflix to log in, or at least youtube to watch anything and not just the local programs.

Location for work. 2 lads behind the bar were friendly, hotel generally clean.

Limited food menu, disappointing. Booked 4 nights for work. Room not cleaned. Towels not changed. Bed not made. Soaps empty on arrival and not refilled during stay.

The rules of additional fee 125nok. for every hour early check in.

Brilliant staff, recommend by a friend Nick to have a bit more soul than other places. The staff here really make it.

Happy with offer to refresh room as option, but a fresh towel every other day would be good move in my view.

According to the price, breakfast variety was below expectations. Pillows were not comfortable and I could tell the room was not properly clean. Also, shower area could be more isolated.

Very limited menu in their cafe. The old restaurant facilities closed. No room service. The lobby are are not cosy anymore. The old gas fire place out of order.

I recently stayed at the Quality Hotel Grand Kongsberg and overall had a good experience. The hotel has been nicely renovated, and the superior room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the bathroom with floor heating, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive breakfast offered at the hotel. There was a wide variety of choices, which made for a satisfying and enjoyable start to the day.Overall, the Quality Hotel Grand Kongsberg provided a pleasant stay with its clean and nicely renovated rooms.

There was one aspect of our experience that was a bit disappointing. As a light-weight individual, I found the comfort of the bed to be lacking. Throughout the night, I could feel the springs of the mattress pushing into my back, which eventually led to back pain. On the other hand, my partner, who is heavier, had a great night's sleep and didn't experience any discomfort. It seems that the mattress is better suited for individuals who are slightly heavier.

I drive an electrical vehicle. There is a large charging station 100 meter from the hotel with several 22/50/150 kW chargers. It on the ground floor under the Stortorvet Shopping center in combination with the ESSO tank station. Parking is overpriced but that is not the hotels fault.
