It was quet and peaceful.

The location is between abandoned houses. The hot bubble bath didn’t work, we called before and they said it worked, but when we arrived it didn’t!

It was ok for the price. The room was clean and warm, the bed was confortable and there was also hot water at the shower.

The lady at the reception wasn't very welcoming.

Price and in general rooms were clean

Humidity smell in bathroom, in rooms old air smell, in one room curtains were on floor (at least they could pick them up, not leave on floor), also really thin walls you can hear everything. Location a bit weird - feels like it was some old factory. Price was low so no high expectations but still smell wasn’t pleasant.

Quite bad condition room with cracks in wall, bad odour in room and ugly view through window.

Very old furniture in the room. No possibility to open the window, the smell of old food, carpets (dirty), cigarettes or something like that in the room. The view through the window is a tragedy. Very noisy place because of the thin walls. TV in the room but dead... Never again!

Cheap, clean place for overnight stay. Parking on site.

Neighbourhood is very dirty( reconstruction works and etc.)

The smelly rooms, no ventilation, was pretty dirty.

It is just a place to stay overnight. Nothing else to mention.

The place is washed out. Towel hanger was broken. Blinds are barely hanging. If to invest just a little bit into repair work, it would leave a much better overall impression.

Nightmare

I don't like, my room was dirty, noone don't clean rooms, nobody don't do reception job

Staff were very polite and friendly. You can get to swimming pool and sauna you from the your room directly. The bedding and towels were clean. The room was extremely warm could be a bit a lower temperature.The market and shops located next to hotel. It easy to get into different directions and areas on foot.The area was very quit to have a rest. I would like to rate hotel as one or two stars because of positives notes of the staff.

The floor in the room wasn't clean. We accidentally broke the glass and has found another pieces of brroken glass next to bed.The toilet hasn't been cleaned daily however it's sharing for a four room.In the room weren't fridge, kettle it was on the ground room in common room for a few persons.The weren't any kitchens for cooking your own or cafe to have a meal even near by hotel. The weren't any cups and plates for use freely, needed to ask staff. In the common room wasn't any sinks to wash fruits and vegetables,and to wash hands, it was just in your room. The swimming pool and sauna cost separately, it wasn't included into hotel prices. The road was broken with a major holes on the ground. Nearly by hotel are un finished building and street lights weren't good enough to bright the way were to go.

Nothing really.

We lived in the first floor with a wide window and absolutely translucent curtains into the parking lot, where guests coming to and from the spa would walk around. More privacy would have been appreciated! Some water and a kettle to make some tea in the room would have been considerate. Also, we were surprised that the staff first adressed us in Russian! The hotel is surrounded by abandonded buildings. We were scared to walk around in the evening.

Quiet, warm, clean, comfortable, fantastic value for money!

Hard bad.

The location is good, quite near from the city center.Near an old manufacturing building. Very good and friendly customer service. Pets allowed, they take some extra fee. For me, it was 10€ per night.

Cool buildings next to hotel, nice administration

- Spa was not available (no pool, no sauna)- No hot water in one of the showers (we had two seperate rooms)- Toilet did not lock in one of them- Snooker was pricy (10€)- The window was broken and could not be closed in one of them

Salt room,, view to industrial building, opportunity to have dishes, ketel, fridge. Big thanks for that.

Smell, carpet that was obviously wet in past and had a mold. Danger to health to stay in such room. Sound isolation 0.

Verry clean, excellent price range, allowed to stay with dogs

Place is run down, dirty and far away from city center. one receptionist onlly speaks Russian

Bad neighborhood far from city, no elevator, one electric outlet, yucky towel smell like urine, small light in bathroom, left after one night
