Very comfortable and clean room with everything we needed. Carolyn and Paul are very kind. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place close to bus station. Nice comfortable room with heating and hot water all the time. Big TV, big bed, WIFI and in a quiet neighbourhood.

I would prefer a mini refrigerator unclouded in the room.

Loved that the units were all ground floor.Lovely decorated and spotlessly clean.Great shower.We caught a bus to York which only took 45 mins.Great Cantonese Restaurant right next door.Carolyn was a very friendly and helpful host.We decided to stay an extra 2 nights.We would have given a 10 if breakfast was provided.

The individual units are family run, the hosts were friendly and always on hand.The accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Lovely quiet location got a great night's sleep. Clean, well decorated, friendly staff, I would and am planning to return only 25mins outside Yorkshire and York and we had loads to do in both.

Was all fine nothing to dislike, maybe more biscuits for the tea would be fab as my daughter lives a biscuit lol

From when I first arrived the owners were very friendly a very warm and welcoming and any things you needed you only had to ask

The room was very nice and clean and had everything you could ask for in it and a great location a really nice restaurant at the front would definitely come back and would definitely recommend it

My key was in an envelope pinned in the reception area, the lady manager came out, said was I ok, which I was had the key, so didn't see them again. Stayed 2 nights, a fair way out of York, parked at the park and ride and got the bus to town. There is a restaurant at the front, had a Chinese there, nice.

When we first arrived, we were amazed at how quiet it was and how close we could park to the room. The rooms are stunning with a guest book that gives you names and contact numbers for nearby places to eat out at as well as all of the information you may need for checking in and checking out. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were also incredibly friendly. The room was warm and welcoming, and we had plenty of towels for our stay. The location is also great, the local pub was very welcoming.

Modern with all facilities you would expect. Great location and quiet.

Stayed here with my mum for two nights. The room was clean and had everything we needed. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

The only thing I would change is the sign on the entrance of the property needs a bit more lighting to find but that's all
