Breakfast was first class. Croissants were to die for. Bed was good and bathroom spotless.

I liked the layout of the rooms , very spacious and the bed was a good size

I didn’t like that when me and my partner arrived we was given a room key for room 112 and when me and my partner got to that room it was all messy , the bed was unmade , there was a yellow stains on the bed and it smelt in there , when we went down to reception the lady said that that room was meant to be cleaned 2 days prior to our stay , i think that’s really unprofessional for the cleaners and more checks of the rooms need to be done on a daily basis.

We stay here at least 3 times a year and always have a lovely welcome. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean.

Location was great for our visit and room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and nice.

The radiator in our room made a noise through the night on a couple of occasions waking us up.

It was comfy, clean and in a perfect location for my needs. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A real asset to the hotel. Parking was free and I got a complimentary breakfast with my booking.

Unfortunately the first room we were given had a cannabis smell to it. Then the second room bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly cos we could see what looks like spit around the bathtub area.

Hotel is in the good location, room was very clean and spacious, staff was helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is right next to a busy road, the windows are very well soundproofed so it was very peaceful and quiet. Amazing value for the money.

Breakfast had a few good options, however it would be nice to have a little salad included too.

Save your money, you order which "sandwich" and time you want the night before. It's then left on a warming shelf the next day.. the bread was hard. Save your money and don't book the breakfast option!!!

The shower curtain had a bad odour that you could smell when you walked in the room and the shower head was covered in black mould..

terrible breakfast, pre-ordered the night before , very poor, and to be consumed standing at reception or in the room

Easy entrance with no stairs, ground floor disabled friendly room, immaculately clean, best nights sleep in a hotel ever ! Very quiet. Good sleep.

Lack of sound proofing from upstairs rooms, lack of ventilation. Very warm.

Stayed here before - some rooms carry a lot of noise from the corridor.Some Northerners at 3am dont show much respect for others after a drunken night out. The noise calms down as soon as the rest of the guests kick off as well. Can be quiet amusing.Plus side - some rooms are tucked away. But I am not telling you which ones. What noise?....goes with the territory upt North.

Located just off the M62. Plenty of free parking. Nags Head pub nearby offers great food. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. No lift, but I was able to request ground floor rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming.I recommend this hotel for an easy and comfortable stay.

Probably wouldn't bother with breakfast next time I stay. Its grab and go. Bacon Sandwich pastry and yogurt. It was ok but think I rather go out for breakfast
