- PARKING
- Peace and quiet.
- Staff, facilities, room size, cleanliness, meals. Dinner was excellent. Fridge with milk and water - lovely touch
Cons -
- Low standard of room quality we were assign to. Room No 6
- Would be better if you didn't have to pay extra to use the pool. Free use for one hour would be better.
- Mattress was too soft for me (great for my partner!) We had very noisy children in a nearby room. Just luck of the draw really. The second breakfast we got down at 9.30 but told a lot of the hot breakfast items had run out.

The bed was comfy, good location
WiFi didn’t work properly only seemed to work in the breakfast area
The staff were lovely and very accommodating when we asked for a high chair to feed our little one. The room was a good size and there was plenty of free parking at the hotel.
The view from our window looked out onto the pool where we could see all the containers outside of used towels hanging out everywhere so it wasn’t a nice view. It could have done with some hooks to hang clothes/towels behind the bathroom door.
Staff super friendly. Delicious cooked buffet breakfast.
Uncomfortable bed (lumpy mattress and hard pillows) and noisy. We didn’t sleep well.
The hotel was well decorated and spacious. The staff were very friendly, the barman was absolutely run off his feet most of the evening but was polite and welcoming and kept the orders coming. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with unusual touches and served fairly quickly. Drinks were fairly expensive but about what you expect in a hotel of this calibre. Our room was large, warm, with a huge, firm bed. The bathroom looked new, with a powerful shower and lovely Temple Spa toiletries.
The only negative was that it was going to cost us £30 for a swim in the leisure club! What? On an information sheet, that we read later it said it was £10pp direct, but £15 from a 3rd party. Didn't quite understand that. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.
Young lad serving breakfast very pleasant!
Gym open too late at 7am. Overpriced for what it is, quite rundown in need of upgrading.Breakfast poor, no fresh fruit, yoghurt not refrigerated. My room 128 furthest away from reception! No help offered with bags!
Hotel was really nice, staff were really friendly, family room was huge! We had a leak in our room, there was water dripping from one of the lights in the bathroom. Receptionist came up and apologised, offered to change our room but it was late and I didnt want to move the children. Wasn't really an issue, the next day when we visited the spa to use the pool, it was free due to the inconvenience! That was a great touch!
Only slight negative was the food was hit and miss in the sportsman's bar. The £16 margarita pizza for my 5 year old was burnt ro a crisp! He ate it and had no complaints but im not sure i would have. However, my 12 year olds burger was stunning! My ceaser salad was ok, my mums steak ciabatta was lovely.. so just a little inconsistent but nothing to complain about.
Very attractive hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and lovely bar. Not to mention perfect breakfast the following morning, all freshly cooked.
Superb location and fabulous breakfast. Wonderful staff. Top class hotel. Will definitely return in the near future. Many thanks
There was nothing to dislike
Great location plenty of parking and attentive staff
Spa and staff
Charged me for drinks that I didn’t have
The faculties of the swim, steam, sauna were great the opening times were great, however it did get a bit busy in the evening, my room was cleaned every day, tea coffee available
The breakfast was a bit boring same eggs every day would be nice to have a change e.g scrambled eggs, fried, the fruit was not nice, maybe because I was there for 6 nights it was a bit repetitive but tasted nice
Lovely staff, large comfortable rooms. Well recommended.
Wi-Fi is pretty poor
The lady on the night shift on reception was amazing. The guests next door to us were extremely loud shouting and using a spoon in a cup ringing it like a bell rooms aren’t sound proof .so I went and sat in reception at 4am. The lady offered me a drink and we had a lovely conversation .The food is outstanding the evening meal and breakfast were delicious.Spa facilities are also just what you need. Room was very clean and all toiletries provided .
Willow on reception in the day was rude and obnoxious. On arrival she found my booking and said that will be £235 instead of checking that I had already paid online which ruined things for me as it was a surprise for my husband for our wedding anniversary. When we were going to use the spa I noticed we had no robes in our room , on booking it said robes were provided.I went to ask at reception where willow said your not entitled to robes if your not in an executive room. I explained it said when booking robes are provided shall I get my phone? . After returning to my room and getting my phone and showing her she replied oh that’s interesting I will make a note of that. No apology for making me feel like a liar . This put a dampener on my stay . Not the best feeling. Also the single bed is broken in the room there’s wheels on one side and none on the other so you’re sleeping on an angle . Not great for the money .
The staff were lovely, the Breakfast fantastic and we got a free upgrade and the room was beautiful
The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and we felt it needed replacing, we advised the staff abut this at check out
Restaurant was very nice, very good food, and friendly staff throughout entire stay
Didn’t like having to pay extra to use small spa and gym
Good location and setting
Spa not included and it was a bit shabby being a best western ! Was in a rush when I booked !
Lovely staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice bar area and breakfast was great!
We booked this hotel as we wanted a spa experience otherwise we may have stayed directly in Great Malvern centre. However we were told when we arrived that the sauna, steam room , thermal rooms were fault and not working although the pool was in operation. Another guest was checking in at the same time and she also stated that having the sp facilities was the reason she had booked. What was particularly disappointing is that we ( 4 guests) were not offered a token compensation for this at all.
