Negatively surprised by an additional parking charge for booking.com customers. Their own customers get it for free.

Proximity to airport. Staff were excellent and helped on each occasion we spoke to them, would have been a terrible experience without them.

Only one towel which was dirty, no shower gel and some areas needed better cleaning.

Near to Stansted Airport. A convenient stop after a late flight.

For the price paid, everything was as expected, and it's hard to complain about anything. The reception staff could perhaps be friendlier.

Staff was extremely friendly food was awesome and the location had a small mall directly next door. 20 minutes bus ride to standstead airport

Could do with a couple of more sockets each side of the beds so you can lie in bed amd charge your phone

Stayed here for a night after landing late in Stansted. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful.

Very noisy group of children in the room next to us woke us up at 3am! Not the hotel's fault I appreciate, but I guess with somewhere like this you have people coming and going at all hours for early/late flights.

It was filthy! The service station closes at 10pm and no food company will deliver there as it’s out of the way

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean basic room, good value for the price. Evening meal was tasty and good value.

Stayed here before getting an early morning flight from Stansted. Basic room but did the job. Didn't have breakfast as we're up very early.

Got what we paid for. Taxi to airport pricey (£25) - not hotel's fault!

We had an issue with the AC (noisy) we were moved rooms very quickly

Hotel is a little tired but worth it for if you need a place to sleep

Everything was fine apart from a flood into the bathroom from the room above. I didn't discover it until the morning but it was very inconvenient.

The room size and big shower.

Lift did not work properly. My room wasn't cleaned properly and I found somebody's dirty knickers under the curtain. Tha paintings are horrible.

Clean room with ample space for 4 adults to rest comfortable the night a morning flight. Complimentary toiletries were appreciated. The night staff were amazing and ready to help. They were aware of local information. Would recommend.

The electric fan was very dusty and placed next to the jacket hangers.

The location was good and the room was fairly smart.

The room was cold. The heating was not working. However there was a small oil filled heater provided which took ages to heat up the room. We had to leave it on throughout the night.
