- The staff were lovely helpful,, it was nice to be around people from where I'm from,, they were jolly,, turned down the heating when needed,, mentioned it was ok to sit in the reception when waiting for transport,, asked if I were ok, made ha

- It was away from the main town than in Bishops Stortford,, It was more of a motel,, the heating was boiling when you arrived and in the rooms.. no biscuits,, would of been nice for a 12.00pm check out
- Noise from aircraft taking off at Stansted Airport, but this stopped late in the evening
