Days Inn by Wyndham London Stansted Airport

The staff were lovely helpful,, it was nice to be around people from where I'm from,, they were jolly,, turned down the heating when needed,, mentioned it was ok to sit in the reception when waiting for transport,, asked if I were ok, made ha

It was away from the main town than in Bishops Stortford,, It was more of a motel,, the heating was boiling when you arrived and in the rooms.. no biscuits,, would of been nice for a 12.00pm check out

Price. Near places to eat + Starbucks, Burger,KFC, supermarket)

There was no shampoo refilled. I couldn't open the door, the key card didn't work from time to time.Very few towels.Breakfast was outside the building.

The hotel was situated only a stones throw from Stansted which was ideal for our very early morning flight

When we first arrived we were greeted with a £5 parking fine despite the website claiming free parking. A little annoying as we didn’t book directly through the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a brief overnight stay, however we were hit with a very heavy smell of tobacco smoke and aftershave as soon as we walked in. The windows were also wide open so the room was very cold. The bathroom was not very clean, with scum deposits around the shower, and empty soap dispensers. The bathroom was extremely dated and could really do with a revamp however it can still be made clean, which it absolutely wasn’t. Maybe we just got unlucky with our stay!

Good location

Very old and dated, marks all on the walls and dirty floor. Desperately needs a make over and happier staff. Mattress had marks on them. Shower was stained with something.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Nothing really

Clean and comfortable. Good bath facilities. Across from a food court mall which was very convenient

great room with good transport links and car park, clean tidy and perfect for me.

no food on site.

Brilliant location, staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean

Very clean and staff friendly, right off the motorway. Great for airport access and behind Services in case one needs food

Was in a non smoking area but the corridors smelt of cigarettes the whole time

Great value for staying for an early morning flight from Stanstead! Staff were friendly and efficient at check in!

Really convenient to airport value for money clean and comfortable

Nothing hotel can do about it but paid £5 for parking

no complaints for the price I paid. room was clean and tidy. bed was comfy. staff were friendly. well stocked tea and coffee. plenty of parking and only £5 per night. made my early morning start more bearable

shower had very low pressure which was annoying. windows arent double glazed so road noise can be heard but it wasnt too bad once you get used to it. windows didnt seem to close fully as there seemed to be smell of smoke wafting in from people outside. not ideal but for £40, cant complain!

Near to airport

Staff were not very good, cleanliness was not great.

This place was eay to find .directions were spot on. Plenty of parking , rooms large enough for us , room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable

There was a dirty sock behind bathroom door . Toilet not very clean .. and if you wanted food/breakfast or dinner you had to go across the road to another place .although the food was nice

Ok hotel , value for money.Did not like the fact that had to pay for parking, extra 5£, but if you do book through their website it is included. Otherwise ok.

Very nice and friendly staff.Big room.Comfy bed and cleanClose to the airport Not even 10min drive

Simple hotel next to the motorway, close to Stansted airport. Rooms are simple, room and bathroom were clean. Perfect for overnight stay.

I booked this hotel at the last minute before a flight the following day. Just £40 with very little notice. The room was ready on arrival, very clean and spacious. The staff were efficient! Absolutely did the job to meet my needs, and easily the best Days Inn I have stayed at.

Good location clean & polite staff

No bar inside the property

Location

Bathroom shower very slow ,the shower area was grubby around the crome areas etc wasn’t clean enough,I had to go back down to get another towel !
