    Pros +

    • Location to tube station, tea and coffee facilities inside room
    • The location is great for public transport. Been staying at this hotel for years. The room looked tired & dated, chopped paintwork, doors that didn't close properly, stains on the upholstered chairs & bedspread, thin towels etc. It needs some tlc to maintain a good rating.
    • Location, secure parking, service by the check in / out lady

    Cons -

    • Checkin experience: the lady that checked us in stated that we had to pay the full £22 per night for the car parking totalling £44 even though we were told on the phone that it will be discounted to £15pn. She told us to check in on the pods, which we did. She then stated that it would have asked us to select the discounted parking rates had it been 'applicable to us'. I refused this explanation and considered this poor service considering we were told one thing then had to pay another. Eventually she agreed to discount the rate that we were told.Room and stay: the room was cold, the air con wasn't functioning as a 4 star hotel would. The pictures for the room on booking.com didn't match the room, for example we saw a handheld shower unit which is essential for health reasons, however, the hotel didn't have any. We checked out a day early as we were unhappy with the overall experience received. The customer agent Venky was kind to arrange a refund for 1 day due to us cutting short of our stay. Staff need better customer service training, especially the lady that served at checkin on Friday evening. She was using every technical excuse for her to charge us full rate. She was rude, argumentative and her customer service was unacceptable. The rooms need significant upgrades, as the pictures dont match the actual rooms. Updated decor, bath facilities required.
    • Tired decor, paintwork etc.Being put into an adjoining room without consulting me
    • Some of the sanitary ware a little jaded

The staff was really nice and the location is amazing. You need a bit of time to get into central London, but Chiswick has everything you need and is an amazing area to have a lovely time.

The room was a bit cold. Everyting else was really nice.

    The heater wasn’t working properly

Easy to find. Parking pricey but safe. Lovely and clean interior

Bit warm in foyer but only reservation as it was a lovely comfy stay

Plenty of staff to assist, clean tidy hotel

    Spacious reception and bar area

    9AndreiaPosted on: 2-11-2026

Well located, good value and clean.

The room’s heating is poorly, compared with the reception area where is nice and warm. Worth checking the plant.

    6DebraPosted on: 2-10-2026

    Convenient for work, friendly staff

Air con didn’t work, so receptionist organised a heater for the room but the bathroom was very cold

    8MartynPosted on: 2-10-2026

The size of the room, furnishing, the bathroom the restaurant, the buffet breakfast, complimentary water The attitude of the staff was very friendly and positive.

Minor things. Small bloodstains on the duvet cover; no glasses to use for the complimentary water. The location was a bit far from the centre of London. The nearest tube station had no escalators or lifts.

The room was very clean and tidy

The thermostat in the room was on 29 but blew out cold air the whole time. Couldn’t settle as it was like an ice box. I actually got up and left at 8.30 due to being so cold

Comfortable, car park and close to a train station. Good option for those driving to London

Car park a little bit expensive

    The upgraded room. Comfortable bed.

    Not a very private toilet

Excellent location for my needs, within easy walking distance of both underground and overground train stations.I requested a quiet room which was wonderful and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows; all so soft!It was an added bonus to have a separate 'walk in' wardrobe and a large storage space for luggage.Bathroom large with a bath and huge shower. The blackout curtains on the bedroom windows worked very well. A selection of lighting options were available once I found the switches! Overall a quiet and very comfortable room. I would certainly recommend.

What let this hotel down was the Globe bar. I found most of the serving staff, except one, surly and disinterested in customer service!I only wanted a small meal so ordered Goats Cheese and onion tart which was advertised as being served with a rocket salad and toasted walnuts (a hotel signature dish). When it arrived it was virtually thrown at me. It was cold in some parts and warm in others and seemed to have been taken from a freezer and partly warmed up! The 'rocket salad' was a small sprinkle of limp rocket with 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half. There were no walnuts; not even one. The staff all disappeared from sight so there was no one to complain to. When a different member of staff arrived to collect my plate, I explained this to him. He simply said that he would let the kitchen know and offered to bring me some walnuts!!! I had hope for toasted walnuts as part of a salad.I do not recommend eating here. Such a shame, as i had such an excellent experience with my room and reception staff.

    Location, parking, staff

They did not clean the room enough.

    Location is good for work

Staff are very helpful but I have stayed many times the rooms are always COLD . You cannot adjust the temperature in the room and the bathrooms are freezing in the morning. I had to ask for a heater which was brought to me and warmed my room. It is unacceptable to be that cold

On a UK football trip we were going to see Brentford (Stadium 1 km away). Very nice hotel to the level that even the opponent team stay there. We came in at 11 (4 hours before check-in) and we got rooms (even upgraded) directly. Super service and the executive rooms were nice and big. They organise a knitting club on Sunday :) and there is a nice parking under the hotel. Rituals products in the rooms.
