Lovely large suite with very comfortable bed and large shower. Staff in the restaurant were great and food very good.

We had a lovely stay at The Crown, very comfortable room with very generously sized bed, and great choice of food for evening meals and breakfast. Warm and welcoming staff team. We had a great weekend and would definitely want to stay again.

Room was freezing cold, as was the bathroom.Painting in bathroom was shoddy.
The room was spacious and really comfortable.Food was excellent.Staff friendly and helpful.Great location in the High Street not far from the beach surrounded by beautiful countryside.An extra bonus was the EV charger.
Maybe the room could have been a bit warmer, however temperature did drop to minus 5 while we’re there.

No real atmosphere due to the large dining rooms, tiny public bar and no real place to sit and spend time as a guest. The very small guest lounge is dated, fire not working.

Breakfast was lovely ( large Traditional English fryup!). But it would have been nice to have the option of a half sized one too! Lovely staff, especially the lady on reception.
Breakfast room was exceptionally warm and stuffy. A couple of other guests asked for the window to be opened, the waitress tried but we think it was painted shut!
Right in the town, I’m very close to see and the shops
Parking is a little bit tight and room 14 needs to have a shower added as well as a bath plus the bar is a little bit small and needs to be bigger
Lovely friendly staff that were very helpful. Food in the restaurant in the evening was very good. For Sunday lunch the food was not quite as good.
