The location was perfect for seeing Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness. The eggs benedict served at breakfast was my favorite breakfast of this trip, and the staff working breakfast service were amazing!

The court yard has motion lights and people were out there at all hour of the night. This caused the lights to turn on and make it appear that the sun was up with the amount of light coming around the blind in my room. Also if you are looking for a quiet room, this is not the place to stay. I was on the first floor and when guests went up or down the stairs it was extremely loud, additionally I could hear the guests talking in the room above me. When you combine the light situation with the guests talking I got about 3 hours of sleep and was startled awake multiple times thinking I over slept. Lastly, if you arrive to check-in at dinner time know that the parking lot is small and there is very limited street parking.

VERY small tight rooms! Not a lot of room for more than one person. Bed was not all that comfortable.

Staff were friendly and efficient - nothing too much trouble. Restaurant dinner and breakfast were very good. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

We rented a family suite at Loch Ness Inn for our family of four. There were two adjoining rooms with a shared bathroom. Although the rooms were small, they were very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and decorated nicely. They provided complimentary tea and coffee and a snack bar in the rooms. The bathroom was very clean and modern and the shower had plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable and the house keeping staff came in to clean and re-supply towels. The onsite restaurants and pub were exceptional for both their menu and service. The full Scottish breakfast was included. We reserved dinner there both nights, once in the restaurant and once at the pub and were glad we had because there are very few other options in the area. The ambiance was lovely and the service was friendly and professional. The location of the Inn is lovely for exploring the area.

Honestly, we had a really excellent stay at Loch Ness Inn and I highly recommend it and would happily stay there again.

Breakfast was good, however, they were spraying sanitizing tables next to us as we were eating and clearing our breakfast plates while we were still eating

Beware!!This isolated, high price, basic, no frills motel IS NOT IN Drumnadrochit!!! So no choice of restaurants, entertainment or shops near by, stuck here.

The wonderful atmosphere in both the bar & restaurant, were we enjoyed some great meals,whiskeys & wines. Rooms were newly renovated, clean & comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room lovely, modern and clean. Great parking. Our evening meal and breakfast were superb. We will definitely be back!
