    Pros +

    • Position, friendly staff and great food!!
    • Location to St Michaels Mount
    • The location in town and right across from St Michael’s Mount was excellent. A complimentary parking spot is included right outside the hotel in a reserved area of the parking lot. The front desk, dinner, and breakfast staff that we encountered were all excellent. We were only passing through for one night so we picked a small room, but it was still spacious enough for two people and included tea, coffee, water, and toiletries. There were drinks and snacks in our room too, but they were not complimentary so check prices before you take anything! The bed was comfortable, there is a small fridge in the room, the windows open for fresh/cool air. I would stay here again. The view from the dining room was amazing, you could see the causeway and mount without obstruction.

    Cons -

    • Stairs very steep and narrow so difficult to get cases upstairs
    • Confusion over cost of breakfast.
    • No lift for the elderly

Great location, rooms were very clean with coffee and mini bar facilities. The restaurant is great, we had dinner and breakfast. Parking is very conveniently located.

    No lift for the elderly

Beautiful views, nice food and friendly staff

    I liked everything!

Staff was wonderful and breakfast was super great. We stayed in two separate rooms. 2nd night stayed in the Kings Room which was a great room with a wonderful view, large enough and I would go back to stay in that room. Perfect location to walk to Mont St. Michel!

First room was bad, barely a view as promised and water leakage under door in bedroom from outside deck, could create mold- floor was damp. Building and room is run down.

The location and the views were exceptional. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and well presented and staff friendly and helpful. Reserved parking was close by which was very convenient. The shower was good.

Our room was very small and noisy with virtually no wardrobe space. Window opening was very limited and there was no air conditioning. It was a premium price paid for what was a very moderate room so from that point of view not good value. What you are paying for is the location. Although the staff were friendly and helpful the service was incredibly slow, there seemed to be an adequate number of waiting staff so one can only assume there is a lack of appropriate organisation. I see there have been numerous one star ratings which I think is unfair but really the service was not good. There was no reserved seating in the bar, restaurant or patio areas for residents which was very disappointing and surprising. When we wanted to relax and look at the superb view after a long drive there was nothing available.

A fab hotel - clean, modern and friendly staff. The views over to St Michaels Mount were amazing !

Had to pay for parking - the only downside

Exceptional view from the dining room. Breakfast menu had an incredible choice available and Dinner was delicious.

Enjoyed St Michael Mount's view as expected through the stay. Very close to St Michael Mount and enjoyed walking in midnight and early morning. Furthermore, breakfast was one of the best one ever, which was a big nice surprise.

Nothing at all. Wifi was weak but we could focus on relaxing, rather than checking business emails.

Location of hotel is fantastic. Our room was smaller/cosy but comfortable. Nice bed and coffee and tea facilities. Fresh milk in fridge much appreciated. Very nice staff.

Menus were too fancy for us, great for foodies but little choice of simple dishes.

The location, the view from the restaurant. Staff were friendly . Good breakfast choice.

Paying extra for car parking, standard of decor in bedroom needed some improvement especially bathroom the shower hose leaked, and grouting around bath discoloured, window frames ( cobwebs ) some of the carpets in the communal areas need replacing.

Emergency light in room was annoying at night

The decoration, lights and location are wonderful! You feel so cozy there. And breakfast was AMAZING! Wow! I would say it was PERFECT. Delicious, complete, and high quality in all senses.. taste, presentation, different options, decor, customer services and views.

    The room was very tiny.

You will not find a better location in Marazion! Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly.

Sea views , proximity to the sea for swimming at high tide. Welcoming and interested staff

All very good . Vegetarians were catered for .

    10KenjiPosted on: 4-7-2024

Firstly, the family room was so wide and best location to see the St. Michaels Mount from the window, even in the evening! Secondly, every staff was so kind to guide us and we had a surprise gift of Easter chocolates of rabbit shape.

Nothing at all, we could not find what we didn't like.

    9TinaPosted on: 3-31-2024

The view was phenomenal for the location. The food was excellent and staff all very friendly. Ambience very relaxed modern and clean.

The plug in the bathroom sink did not work. Room was not ready for check in at 3pm. Dogs in restaurants is something you have to get used to more.

    10ValeriaPosted on: 3-14-2024

Location was great, staff very nice, they upgraded our room to sea view which was very nice and appreciated, the restaurant also had lovely food and vegan options, the room was spacious and clean, bathroom was modern, loved the decor and the hotel itself.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
