everything was great the location, views, staff, food and drink and lastly the weather. prices charged for additional purchases were very reasonable.

Fabulous! So pleased with our choice of hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed with a wonderful view of the loch and mountains. Staff were exceptional; very welcoming and bent over backwards to help. We had dinner in The Glue Pot bar one night - really good food. Breakfast was fab too. It was a great place to come back to every evening.

Nothing, but a word of advice - hotel is on an A road so I imagine it would be noisy with traffic in summer.

Great location, friendly staff, food was lovely. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was great.

Didn’t detract from our stay, but some very squeaky floor boards.

Location is great except for main road so near.If you have paid more for a room looking at the bay the view is wonderful.

The breakfast was not good, in fact next day we didn’t bother with it.Poor quality brown bread for toast, egg not quite cooked. Friend’s bacon and sausage poor quality awful tomato and potato scones soaked in oil.Curtain in room off one hook , letting light in.

Fantastic location and the staff were super lovely and incredibly accommodating as we had a toddler! They were really kind. The family room was nice and spacious, it was clean and the view was amazing!! The food at the restaurant was excellent, special recognition for the chef!!

Everything was great, only minor things such as the doors were noisy and creaked, disrupting our toddler at night one time. The diffuser in the bathroom was extremely strong and a very specific scent, we had to cover it up as it was a bit too strong for us :)

The food was very good at breakfast and in the evening. The staff were courteous and friendly.

The traffic at night wasn’t conducive to a good night’s sleep

Rhe meal in the restaurant was excellent value for money. Had to leave early from our stay because of a medical emergency at home. The staff were great and gave us some rolls to eat as we didn't stay for breakfast.

the location was wonderful! beautiful and breathtaking sunsets! staff was very friendly at check in and restaurant.

the only thing would be-parking was a challenge.

Bar wasn't really comfortable, really needs some chairs to relax in

Unfortunately the road on the bottom floor is busy, but at night it was quiet, so that was fine.

We were made very welcome, the bar is warm and friendly and the food was really good. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of choices, all freshly made. Great coffee too. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

There were no facilities for people with mobility issues.

The whole stay was perfect. The staff, the food, the location.

Not really a criticism but if only the property had an EV charger it would have been perfect.

Lovely hotel. Room was Spotlessly clean and view was spectacular. Great location for Oban and the bus stop is just a 2 min walk away. Food was good and plenty of Choice of hot food for breakfast.

The bar area was nice and had lots of character was great for meals, The fire made it very cosy. Only down side was no where to sit for drinks if full of people eating meals, Only 4 tall seats at the bar.
