Lovely room, delicious evening meal in RaRa and an excellent breakfast. Very enjoyable stay.

We arrived prior to 3pm check in and were told that there was no food available, nothing available until 5pm.

Useful as a base. Shower has, for me, a handle to steady oneself. Not everywhere does. Just had room service once, prices reasonable. Didn't have breakfast. Ground floor room had the benefit of a door leading to the grounds separately if required with outdoor table and chairs, not used this time because it's February!! Next time perhaps....

Wifi was not good unfortunately and the remote/TV wouldn't work properly, perhaps new batteries required, perhaps new TV required....

Good relaxing traditional hotel, helpful staff, nice location and grounds. Good food

It’s a great place to visit Windsor from . And it’s a lovely hotel to stay in . The staff are great.

The junior suite we stayed in was fantastic but the heating wasn’t working. And the lovely big bathroom had no extractor fan , so it would steam up easy . I know the hotel is being updated slowly and most of it needs a bit of tlc to make it shine again.

Location. Comfortable

Cold in bar area. We would have stayed to eat with family of 7 but it was so cold went to restaurant in the village. Our room wasn’t as clean as usual. Dusty and glass marked.

The hotel has stunning grounds. Breakfast was good.

We travelled a long way and was disappointed that the restaurant and bar in the hotel wasn't open on a Sunday. We were not informed if this.Luckily there is an outside marquee on the side which had a bar and restaurant which was very nice.

The receptionist was lovely, the car park was a good size and guests do not pay for parking (there is a review that says they do... This is incorrect). The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a little scruffy around the edges unfortunately, but the towels were plentiful and clean. WiFi was strong and easy to connect to, so overall it was good value for money and I would stay again.

The sealant in the bathroom was brown and peeling. Bit yucky.

Water in the bath and sink was too hot. Difficult to control. Dirty bath rug.

Outside grounds

How on earth do you place clients right next door to your office! Unable to sleep due to ongoing noise , calls, staff pacing up and down hallway.zero consideration for members sleeping. Old building

Dirty hotel & room.Very rude staff & our room was freezing cos heaters didn’t work.

The rooms were a nice size, the staff were friendly and it was near to the wedding venue we attended.

Whilst very clean the decor was tired. The lift was temperamental but they were waiting for parts.

Idilic location, spacious bedroom, well kept property, excellent value for money.

Near family and Windsor!.. restaurant on site very good!

Had to pay for parking!.. plenty of space and property stand alone!.. seems unusual to charge for parking in a remote area!.. need to look at this seriously!
