Norfolk House

Everything. Location is beatifiul, yet close to airport. Room was charming. Inn keeper was extremely nice. She even packed us a breakfast for the morning, since we would be leaving too early to take part in the dining room.

Well located and staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Free parking on site was a bonus.

Friendly helpful Owners / Staff who filled our water bottles for the day and gave us useful info on trains. Clean rooms with the usual tea coffee facilities, bath and shower and hairdryer. Parking great and train (Elizabeth Line) a short walk (1 mile) away.Didn't stay for breakfast as short on time.

Nescafé standard coffee (in room) is terrible stuff!!! Maybe just a personal dislike! Little noisy with the trains but not too bad with windows shut!

The location was good and the looks from outside. The bathroom was looking good compared with the room and accomodations. I think this used to be a very beautiful hotel but it seems they don't have the money to renovate it for a long time

This is a very old house and you can small this when you enter in the room. The whare spider web all over and the furniture was old. Also a lot a dust and even if the bedsheets whar clean the pelow and blankets are old. Also the red rug was smelling and was very old.

Although dated, the property is lovely and room was large, clean and very comfortable. Joe was very welcoming and helpful, old fashioned service at it's best

Lovely old house but in need of redecorating. However it's OK for an overnight stay. Free parking a bonus and nice back garden to sit in. The room had everything you need. Was a bonus to have a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was old fashioned but reasonably clean. The shower was old and small but adequate. We were in a twin room and I found one of the beds very uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for me. I was going to a work event and it's a 5 minute walk for me. The room was clean and tidy and I liked the look.of it. I booked a single room and that's what I got. I was fast asleep within moments of going to bed so it must have been comfy enough. The bathroom is tiny but adequate and it was probably the most powerful shower I've ever used. I've stayed there before and I'll stay there again.

Lovely welcome and shown to my room which was clean, comfortable and warm.

Our annex room was pretty chilly in the evening. It was a cold night

We needed a half way stopover so was very convenient. Gentleman on desk was super helpfult

The room was clean, large and comfortable. Everything I needed during our culinary stay in Bray. I loved the bathtub - also clean and happy to take a soak in it!

Cold small bathroom Stairs

Comfy bed, clean room.

We stayed in December and the room was very cold even though the radiators were on. Also, my friend took a shower first, when I tried to take a shower then the water wouldn't get hot, so I couldn't have one.

The gentleman who runs the hotel is really friendly.

The room was warm, but sadly, it was not clean, and I do feel terrible in saying that, but I took photos I had to. I was bitterly disappointed. I've stayed a few years ago, and it was clean, but it seems that unfortunately, it has gone downhill. There are more photos, but I think this shows where I'm coming from. I begrudge paying, but obviously, I still have paid. It's just a shame. It needs updating, really.

The room was very small, however, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The lady on reception when we checked in was a bit rude when I asked about booking a breakfast, so we found a cafe close by for our breakfast.

The Duvet was not warm enough for winters temperature. There were not any extra blankets for the beds. I had to use my coat as an extra layer.
