Location, convenience to shopping, entertainment, walking paths, local park, food and rail links. Safe neighborhood. Great breakfast

Great location just outside the city so it was quieter yet right off the tube line. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping was awesome and we were so thankful to have access to a gym as well. Would absolutely return.

The stay was exceptional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect - right across the road from Stratford International and incredibly convenient for the ABBA Arena. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and welcoming, with great staff and a vibrant atmosphere.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded expectations.

Rooms spacious. Well appointed. Staff excellent. Very helpful. Gym good size with good equipment. Great location for abba show and nipping around Local area.

Evening entertainment very very loud. Couldn’t sit in lobby or eat in lobby restaurant as it was uncomfortably loud. Sunday night.

Everything was amazing and comfortable and quiet

There is no tissue in the bed room no bathroom shoes and no toothbrush set

The room is spacious. I loved the big windows in the room. There is a cafe inside the hotel and a lounge. and a coffee machine in the room, which is nice.

The room has a stinky smell, a smell that reminds you someone was in the room before you. One pillow out of the four that existed also stinks. The blanket from one side also stinks. One of the towels on the bathroom stinks. which is a BIG NO NO, as cleanness is the MOST important thing in any hotel.

I like the space of the hotel. It was nice. It was all right especially the spacious shower bathroom. It was OK.

I would The cups weren’t clean and on the floor, there was like leftovers of people’s plates that were hanging around the door of our area, which wasn’t us but other guest members so that didn’t really good impression of the hotel as such

Really nice vibes and so handy for Stratford International

They had a live band which was lovely but it was so loud, I couldn't talk to my friends. We were able to move upstairs thankfully but actually the band were intrusive.

Breakfast was amazing - best Greek yoghurt I had :-)

I missed having water bottles in my room. I know there is a water fountain on the ground floor but having water bottles in the rooms especially when you arrive will also be a good thing.

Fantastic hotel right next to Stratford Westfield for very easy train and tube access. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. And the staff were fantastic. Khalid at the front desk made check-in easy and a positive experience with his professionalism, knowledge and expertise. Thank you Khalid!

I could hear people in the adjacent room and in the hallway pretty clearly, so the soundproofing not as good in that regard.

Lovely room with an incredibly comfy bed and a beautiful modern bathroom. Great staff. Amenities near the hotel.

We couldn't work out if the TV was a smart TV or not so we just had the regular channels. This is a really small thing but it knocks off a point for us.

Khalid and his team are professional yet friendly and made us feel very welcome during our stay.

Location is perfect. Access to bus, DLR and tube stations right across the road As well as shopping centre and array of restaurants and venues! Very close to Olympic park and tube slide and ABBA Arena (25 min walk - but don't let this off put you, it's lovel!).Hotel clean and good breakfast options. Beautiful views from bedroom!Would stay again.

Pillows were a little soft and feathers. Good to have options.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, both selection and quality. Variety of fresh fruit was amazing. Custom made omelets and poached eggs were delicious. Bread and pastry selection was also very good. For a busy hotel, room was very quiet. Access to DLR was so easy. Enjoyed variety of cafes in the area.

Fantastic modern accommodation with a variety of amenities and a convenient location next to Stratford International station. Spacious, clean rooms, with the ability to make a choice via the app, excellent breakfast options, 24/7 gym, and very friendly and welcoming staff.

Quiet and comfortable, spacious rooms, all you need for a short stay

Check in and check out busy and slow , we had to wait both times for around 10-15 minutes each time, lovely staff when we got to the front but possibly not enough of them?!

Loved the location, STK was amazing, room was ready early, clean location

The restaurant in the lobby, on our initial night we saw it was a party and asked about possibly dining they told us it was party but come back the next night, the next night came and they had another event and told us to come back the next night, and again the same followed. The manager got snappy with us on the last encounter as we were hoping to dine there. Seems like an unorganized place.
