Shower flooded and heating didnt work but we got moved to a semi better room

Great easy check in and out system, clear information before staying. Very well appointed room with all the things I needed for a simple night away on business.

The Nespresso machine is a nice touch, but I would value a kettle - better for tea!

Rooms are spacious and services readily available. It’s close to the train station.

Room cleaning would have been better if offered ever two days instead of three days.

The room was really nicely laid out. The electric bed converting to a sofa is genius.

We couldn't get into the building. No code was provided and when ringing the bell for the staff, no one answered. It was just luck that someone walked out. Also, there was no milk available for making tea, so we had to go to Morrisons to buy our own. Lastly, we couldn't figure out how to turn the bathroom lights on without turning all the lights on, not helpful in the middle of the night.

Very comfy stay and loved that the bed raises up!

It was hard to get hold of the staff sometimes in the reception but I was never waiting for longer than 10 minutes. It doesn't seem to be manned at all times.

The check in and out is super easy. The colleauge at the lobby was very kind abd helpful.

The bathroom tidiness would require some attention.

The staff at Yotel Stratford were the most friendliest and helpful staff ever. Quick to help, and always with a smile on their faces. Location was great and the rooms were a great value for money.

Very clean, minimalistic, with everything you need for your stay. Love the self check in and out system , all is done automatically, you don’t need conversation with receptionist after a long day in London. Vending machines are pretty well filled with all basic things in. All is so easy and nice with no hassle. The mattress was very comfortable and my personal top pick is the capsule coffee machine.

In the morning time they had some work upstairs..So i had to wake up early morning..That was so annoying

The view and the location were amazing, Stratford station is really close. The bed is really comfortable, and checking in is incredibly easy, also loved the Apple Wallet keycards.

The smell in the room (304)! Holy hell, the whole room smelled like rotting semen. We could barely breathe when we stepped in, thankfully nose-blindness kicked in in 10 minutes. When we arrived, the rubbish of the previous guest wasn’t taken down, so we were greeted by a load of used condoms in the bin. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with anyone but your SO, as the bathroom door cannot be closed, there will always be a 3-4 centimetres wide gap. The television is close to unusable, it’s lagging, and does not have any apps, you can only cast via a personal device to a Chromecast.

The location was great and very close to the tube station and Stratford shopping centre.

Check‑in was significantly delayed, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for our room to be ready. There were no staff present at the front desk, so we had to search for someone to assist us. The room itself was very small and noticeably dusty. There was also no proper ventilation, and the window couldn’t be opened, which made the space feel even more uncomfortable.
