Easy checking in, very comfortable bed and rooms . Good pub on site .

Nothing really . Offered what we needed - one nighter with food .

Overall location of the hotel and ambience was good.

The room lacked essential facilities such as a fridge, and no drinking water was provided. The limited coffee sachets were not replaced the following day. These are minor issues, but they reflect a lack of attention to detail. I stayed for two nights; the room was only cleaned by the evening of the next day. Additionally, the staff at reception demonstrated a lack of basic knowledge.

Room was warm, clean and quiet. Staff efficient and helpful.

Price for walk-in breakfast was extortionate on my 2nd day stay! And no one had explained to me yet why it was £12.50 on one day & £17.50 on another?!!

Shower head didn’t work, shower drain was raised and hurt my foot. The whole bar / restaurant was taken I’ve for football, ruining its use for hotel patrons. Took my food order on their digital menu then came and told me it wasn’t available.

If you are staying for several days, you really should not have to ask to have the room cleaned it should be automatic, say, every 2 days minimum. Lack of drawers and hanging space and no safe, not a plus, but we managed.

Comfortable room, the location, helpfulness of staff Quiet during evening and night.

The mirrors, placed where you couldn't get close to them, a wall mirror would be nice.

Problems getting room service, cold, no effect trying to raise temperature, lift out of order.

Liked most things. Had an accessable room which was very much appreciated. I do wonder though why the bed was so low.

The cost of breakfast. £12-50 seems a lot. Not able to eat much and will probably do without when I come again

The spa but didn’t really get to use it.

The spa was closed early due to new years & lift wasn’t working when I stayed so made it difficult for my pregnant wife.

Had a gym and swimming pool

Lift was broken so had to walk up to the 4th floor, pretty tiring if having to go back and forth!

Excellent hotel - all the staff were so helpful even calling prior to check on booking details - very impressive. Location is great, we came for a group party and the catering and service were also really good - will definitely be back

Very minor but not really enough light in bedroom to get ready by - you can use the bathroom but it’s nice to do it in the bedroom

We had no heating no working tv, the room was freezing No toilet roll upon arrival

Location and facilities were good. Room was very comfortable. Good bed and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a little dark even with all lights on.

I didn’t get any breakfast. As I’m vegan. Of which they didn’t have any vegan food. The location is the only good thing. About the hotel.

The way how I was treated. And in the morning. Who finished their stay. At the hotel. The staff knocked on the door. And guests were waited upon. And checked that they weren’t leaving with anything. I’ve never been to a hotel. And been treated like this before. I won’t ever go back there.

Location was good for the event

My wife left her jewellery box when we left the next day and when we called the hotel they stated they didn’t find the jewellery box In Japan where we live half the year this would have been returned to us but clearly not in the uk

Overall a nice hotel, lively and good atmosphere with the Gym, Bar and Starbucks. Rooms are lovely

The air conditioning unit was broken when I checked in, and the fan was stuck on maximum and couldn't be turned off, the noise was extreme and no chance I could sleep. I reported it on their 'live chat' facility but was ignored, reported it through their in room maintenance QR code...ignored....reported it to reception at 8pm, was told nothing could be done until the night porter arrived at 9.30....nothing......awake literally all night, diabolical.....reported it again to reception at 7am....was given a free coffee.....and told it would be sorted that day....I went to meetings, came back at 5.30pm and nothing had been done, spoke to reception again who had no idea what I was talking about......so I packed and checked out a night early........shocking.
