Cons -
- We chose a disabled access room as my wife had just come out of hospital and was unable to walk far without assistance. The room we were given was indeed as advertised 'disabled access friendly', but was a considerable walk through 4 doors, including one with a code operated lock. The room was large, but the dreadfully thin cord carpet did nothing to make it feel comfortable. It was so rough it was actually extremely unpleasant to walk on barefoot, something I have never encountered in the hundreds, if not thousand of hotels I have stayed in over 50 years! The quality of carpet probably had some effect on the noise transmitted through the ceiling from other guests, which sounded like a herd of baby elephants and actually rattled the ceiling light fittings. The beds were on wooden bases , with the corners so sharp that it is easy to catch one's leg on, which happened to us!The bathroom has the usual disabled fittings, however the sink was a tiny vanity sink that was useless for its main purpose. Also for the price of the stay I would have expected tissues to be supplied and perhaps more than a single tiny Biscotti biscuit each!
- Could hear other guest though the walls and draws being opened
- N/A had everything we needed

Location was perfect for our needs had show tickets for Spa Theatre.Staff were more than helpful and friendly. Will use hotel again if needed.
N/A had everything we needed
Very friendly reception and given early check-in. Spacious room and very ,very clean. Comfortable beds and good heating.Breakfast buffet good -- toast and coffee both excellent. Check-out easy and again helpful, giving us advice on routes home.
Bit of noise from other guests late that night.
Nice welcome from Mo, friendly and natural, very helpful, room nice and clean, well presented, only criticism was, very large room with lots of space, but bathroom was tiny, couldn't understand why it was designed that way, but all ok never the less, bar staff very friendly and chatty, nice to see local people working there, breakfast very nice, definitely stay again if in the area.
The bar staff, waiting staff and cleaning staff were all very helpful, understanding and pleasant whilst being professional too.
The ‘management’ (on duty manager). Most unhelpful, arrogant and disinterested in solving a major problem to our stay.
Breakfast was very good, and Carol was helpful and cordial. We had one evening meal and that was also satisfying. The room we stayed in (Suite 6) was a good size and comfortable. Over the years we have stayed in many hotels and other accommodation in Bridlington, but this beats them all for space, parking and hospitality.
Loved the location
Toilet didn’t always flush, bathroom tap was stiff, food was mediocre.
Adequate for price charged. Adequate. Very pleasant staff. Loved the golf course , played whilst my wife visited a friend. Thoroughly enjoyed my game. Lovely course.
Bathroom a little smaller than expected.
Breakfast good .Sound proofing of rooms is the only problem . Nosey guys next door .Staff are lovely but the noise from the golfing groups is off putting . And their conversation is oftenNot what I want to hear ! I guess it’s a golfing hotel though …

Breakfast was delicious, hot food properly hot and fresh, replenished frequently and the cereal, fruits, and cold selection well presented and varied.
There was nothing to dislike.
Been here a few times and love it The rooms are very spacious and clean and lovely garden view
There was nothing not to like about the property
Breakfast was excellent value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms a good size. Very clean and accessible. Bar staff lovely, drinks very reasonable.
Size of room and location of roomLocation to sea front
Staff were friendly, rooms were extremely larger than I anticipated. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable.
Room was a little cold as you can't control the heating from within your own room. I believe it's set to a the buildings heating timers. However, the duvets were warm to it wasn't a huge issue.
Our room was light, airy, spacious, modern and clean . The bathroom with shower, sink and loo was also spotless. Lovely views across the golf course to the sea. A really quiet spot.It was only a short and pleasant seafront walk to the Spa for the event we were attending.
Nothing, it suited our needs perfectly.
The room was superb !!! and spacious !!! comfortable and cosy and AMAZING size king bed !!!
The sausage at breakfast tasted very sweet, almost a sour/off taste, but as it was a local sausage the breakfast lady told us.Maybe it was our pallet !and not used to the taste, as it looked good, and we thought the bacon was far to thick, almost like gammon steaks and needed cooking further as under cooked, but was sorted out by the duty manager and grilled further for us straight away !!. Thankyou This is not a complaint as we enjoyed every thing else!, And Plenty of it and good value for money, Thanks
Clean, tidy and very close to the activity i was going to
Clean, modern, quiet and good location. Staff friendly and helpful
Could not fault anything during our stay
