    Pros +

    • The view was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
    • Nice hotel big clean rooms nice view of the humber
    • Convenient , on site parking .

    Cons -

    • Stairs. Everywhere in the hotel was up a flight of stairs or down a flight of stairs and some rooms were up one flight, across a hall and down another flight.I felt as thought I had, had a workout after the stay. Not very wheelchair friendly.
    • The rooms are extremely hot with no options to turn down the heat, the pillows are horrendous making it impossible to sleep, the suite we are in 129 they changed the TV but didn't bother to paint the wall so half the room is painted and some bits not. They have a bar in the hotel but you can not buy anything from it before 1700 I found that very strange for such a big hotel.Bed bugs is also an issue I'm positive that I woke up itching with bites...
    • The. Cleanliness wasn’t the best , and pillows were very hard .Poor shower pressure .

Location , friendly reception staff , a bit expensive for the quality of the room . The breakfast was very good also .

Room was very dark and warm , had a broken fan and was very dirty. Lots of cobwebs around the window frame and on the bedside lamp shades . My wife has asthma so we informed the receptionist . Housekeeping was called to address it and he didn’t seem bothered just blaming it on being short staffed .

The area. The lady who took us for breakfast. She was so happy and helpful. Can’t remember her name but she needs recommending. She was fabulous.

The bathroom. Old. Dated and the shower was useless.

    Location, open space area, staff

Very hot stuffy and poorly ventilated room in a basement corner....very strange given that the upper floors used by my colleague were all cool and under utilised. Received a tacit/disinterested response on checkout. Otherwise a good experience

    A nice business hotel

Sold as City Centre but it is a 16 pound taxi ride out in the country. Nothing around. You are stuck at the hotel unless you call for a taxi.

    Comfortable and clean

Food quality could improve and tea and coffee at reception

    10EmiliaPosted on: 4-29-2025

24/7 reception so super easy and comfortable to check in at night.Rooms were clean and comfy.

Brilliant, helpful staff went above and beyond for us eventhough they has a party of 38 both nights we stayed.

    The bed was very comfortable.

I usually stay in the Premier Inn which is close to this hotel, but wanted to try something different. However, it was poor in comparison on the following points;1. No free parking; had I known beforehand that you charge for parking I would not have booked. Charging guests for parking is wholly wrong!2. Hot water; the water in the room was not hot and barely warm. To have a bath I had to boil the kettle about a dozen times.3. Heating; the room was chilly and there was no way I could regulate the heating myself.4. Breakfast; very little choice of cereals and cooked items. The cost of staying with you was £1 per night cheaper than the Premier Inn, but when the car park charge is taken into account you were more expensive for a much poorer hotel experience.

the views was lovely and the staff was really nice and helpful and friendly would stay here again

Excellent location with great view of the river from the room and the bar area. Friendly and helpful staff. My wife enjoyed the gym. Good value.

Decor, especially in the room, looking a bit tired.Personally, I prefer a slightly more firm mattress and pillows, but to be fair to the hotel, that is a personal choice.

    7NickPosted on: 4-21-2025

    Location to family.

Finding a dirty sock under the bed. Broken window handle. Single bed not even out in the room let alone made for our son.

    9ColinPosted on: 4-21-2025

    Nice location

Room was a bit to hot over night had to use fane and open windows

    9HeatherPosted on: 4-20-2025

    Friendly staff and clean room.

Hotel looks a bit tired in places Walls between rooms were quite thin as we were able to hear voices and TV from both next door rooms.

It was in a good location for my trip. It has a nice view of the Humber Bridge from the restaurant (see image) which is all it has going for it really.

RoomTired, dated, in need of some modernisation.Ensuite Bathroom Awful, shabby and unsightly.BreakfastService was good, friendly staff. Didn't like that they had yoghurts just in a bowl on the side near the toaster without any kind of refrigeration. Choice was poor, only had 'scrambled' as an option for eggs but they were clearly from a batch of eggs scrambled in a vat of water.ParkingHaving to pay for parking in a basically empty carpark in the middle of nowhere. No real reason for parking restrictions as it's not local to anything significant (no stadium or shopping centre nearby for example). It was obvious that it was just another way to squeeze extra pennies off their customers.SummaryI wouldn't recommend it and I won't be staying again. I will be staying at the Toby Carvery up the road in Willerby. Rooms are more modern and well kept, much better quality, cheaper and have free parking on site.

Spacious reception and bar area. Rooms clean and good value.

Having to pay for parking as not booked directly with the hotel.

    2AdlerPosted on: 4-11-2025

Had to move rooms as the electricity was out. The room had tissues shoved down the back of the radiator that were covered in faeces

    3GeoffPosted on: 4-11-2025

The breakfast is a buffet, very simple and other than what is on out, there are no choices: for example how you want your eggs cooked....
