Breakfast was fine— cereals, pastry, juice, coffee, toast. All good to get one going in the morning. Very friendly, helpful staff. Really nice having the Royal Spiceland restaurant next door. Convenient having the petrol station next door, too!

An extra coat hook on the bathroom door would be helpful. Surprised to find the Pace petrol station’s store shuttered. I realize the hotel has no control over that.

I haven’t received my refund and although I was given clear communication by a lovely reception lady at the beginning. I have since been told keep being told to ring the next day by one member of staff. I have sent messages via booking.com app and via email all week. I only stayed one night due to a change of circumstances.

The hotel is ok-ish, don't expect overly wonderful state, but ok for overnight stay. It's a bit oldish and with weird-ish door locks. We booked two rooms and the double bed in the "deluxe" room was good but the separate beds in the other room were not too comfortable. There was a weird locked door in between the rooms in the second room which supposedly led to the room that we didn't book, which on reception they claimed was a laundry room, still it was giving a bit of discomfort in terms of safety.There is an Indian restaurant with buffet next to the hotel, but we arrived late and it was already closed, so I don't know the quality of food there.Overall an ok cheap overnight stay.

The door between the rooms was a bit bringing discomfort feeling when leaving our belongings in the room.The breakfast is close to scam. I realise it's probably due to not so popular location, but it's really below even basic breakfast for us - milk, cereals, toast bread, butter, jam and packed cheap croissants from supermarket. That's it! Even coffee was just instant coffee bags and hot water. For us this was a decision maker during booking as there was another accommodation a bit further on our road, but it turned out to be fully not worth it.Location is also a bit in the middle of nowhere.

Amazing value for money. The accommodation is basic but has everything you need. Staff fantastically friendly and helpful. Free breakfast included. Ice indian restaurant across the car park.

Staff are a great asset to this location and value for money, Alice and Linda were really helpful and sweetheart's to deal with . 2nd stay here and it didn't disappoint . location is great and close enough to all major links in the area .

Bed was a little uncomfortable but the owners are in the middle of updating the facility and I'm sure by the next time we come everything will be perfect .

This is our go to place to stay , it’s basic , cheap n cheerful , clean , friendly staff , basic breakfast included , a little dated , great price .

An older building, slightly showing its age. Taps in bathroom and shower control could be improved. However, still quite acceptable, overall.A point worth noting: we were going to book again after this stay but discovered that prices were going to be 22% higher in June compared to April. As regular travellers, budgets are a concern, so we will re-consider.

Good price,OK breakfast

Room was tired,in need of updating.No lift to upper floor.Bathroom very small,no shower pressure.

The location for my needs was excellent. The room appeared to be clean and tidy, with tea and coffee facilities, TV provided. Car parking was available just outside, which was great.It would have been better if the hotel had offered an option for evening meals, rather than relying on the Indian restaurant next door or delivery services. There was a bar on-site if you wished to relax in the evening.Breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of cereals, toast, croissants, tea, coffee, and fresh orange juice.Overall, I was very impressed with the establishment and appeared to be a quiet room.

Cost of dog staying no dog bowls or bed for them paying 15 pounds for them, also advertise breakfast toast and cereal not a breakfast when away could have stayed at milestone cheaper with full English at price but went to you cus dog was aloud disappointed yes
