Staff & owner were absolutely superb, cannot say enough about them

All great up until 4 scrotes in a stolen van turned up & stole my motorcycle at 02:45. Fire extinguisher I used on them to slow them down was great. Owner was brill along with Lancs Police, had my bike back within an hr. So sadly will not stay again without more secure parking for motorcycles

Staff were very friendly 0f what little we saw of them. Room was beautifully clean and very comfortable sleep on the bed, good shower. Lovely location, goats a bonus! Pub was very busy so stayed away as I have a sen child but it did not disturb us in our room which was great. Did not experience the food service as did not eat here due to our plans.

Couldn't get tv working and member of staff was too busy to help (not her fault) I think she had best intentions but the bar was so busy and she was on her own so I wasn't expecting. Didn't matter too much as we had our own devises and the internet worked.

Fantastic location for Aintree, staff were super friendly, breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and comfy bed. Good simple pub food.

Bit warm and noisy fan (?) outside room but not much you can do about that

Good location as it is close to family that we were visiting. Room facilities were good apart from the water cutting off mid shower in the morning.

We ate breakfast there on a previous stay, and decided not to repeat the experience this time. It was not a pleasant breakfast environment in an old fashioned, carpet on the floor pub setting. It's also quite expensive compared to hotel chains such as Premier Inn.

The staff here are super helpful and really chilled they are a lovely bunch. The pub is fantastic and loads of fun full of friendly locals and the food is beautiful. Great place to stay!
