Located in the village of Patrington, the family-run Dunedin Country House offers free Wi-Fi throughout and free onsite parking. The property’s landscaped gardens have views across fields, towards the River Humber. The rooms boast unique period character, along with a TV, DVD player, and tea and coffee making facilities. The luxurious en suite shower rooms have complimentary toiletries. The Dunedin Country House has a function room with fireplaces and views over the lawned Victorian garden. Patrington is located between the East Coast and the Humber Estuary. Our bar and restaurant is closed from Sunday evening to Thursday. We do Steak Nigths and Sunday lunches where ever possible, please give us a call to book ahead and avoid disappointment. - Rain shorted lights so we had to check in to hotel in the dark. We had to walk all the way to our room in darkness which is dangerous with steps. Room smelled musty so had to open windows wide to get fresh air. The window putty has mildew on it.
