    Pros +

    • Location to the train and local attractions
    • The hotel is located right across the street from the tube and within walking distance to some of London's most popular attractions. The staff were friendly but really didn't do much because it has a self-check in/out kiosk.
    • Location. 10-15 minutes walk to Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abby. Cheaper than most hotels in the area.

    Cons -

    • I wish the rooms were larger and provided breakfast
    • The room was extremely small even for just two people. The bathroom and shower were also really small that a tall person would not be comfortable. I wouldn't say this was a 3 star hotel.
    • Very small rooms. Wasn't the nicest or cleanest hotel.

It was in a good location, right beside a train station and 5 minutes from Big Ben

I didn’t think the room would be that small

The location is amazing you can walk to must dos and close tonbus and tube. The stuff is very suportive and profesional. The room neat and comfortable. Perfect for your stay in London

I loved the location, the staff, the decor, and the cleaning.

The size of the room is too small even for one person. If I had a big luggage or 2 or if we were overweight, we couldn't fit. There is no minifridge in the room to store drinks or food. There is no place to even make one step.

The location was great, right by Lambeth North underground station and just around the corner from Waterloo train station. The lovely lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly. The option to rent umbrellas was also really helpful.

The size of the rooms. Couldn't even open my suitcase unless I put it on top of the bed due to how small it was. There is also no toilet for customer use in the lobby which is a little inconvenient.

I would choose this hotel for its location and also cleanliness

    Very small room

I liked it all was a cool fresh little space

    Location

Strong mould smell to the point of unsanitary yet their response when told was to blame me saying I could have come out of the room at midnight when I arrived and was trying to sleep to complain or resist another room. Even if that is true, the fault is the hotel for believing and putting to service a room in such inhabitable condition. Yet I must say I have stayed here many times and above ground rooms are fine. It is not the case that you get what you pay for. Nobody should be placed in such an unhygienic environment. My clothes still smell to mould a day after.

Very good location, clean rooms, easy checkin and checkout, 10 min walk to Big Ben

I was expecting a small room so my expectations were low, however the room was extremely small, you barwly had any space to get dressed amd so on but it was okay considering the location and the price. Also, the bathroom door was made out of some type of kind of see through blurry glass, might just be better of with a normal door

The cost-benefit ratio is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice (even if it’s small - we just went there to sleep). Would highly recommend!

Not applicable, we had a very short stay, didn’t encounter anything that we didn’t like

Excellent location, clean decor and very helpful and friendly staff team

Single room on 6th floor was very tight size wise for 6’3 ins. But was well decorated/comfortably furnished.

Cute, comfortable and everything I needed. Loved the colours lights.

For me the mattress was too firm, slept on duvet

    Clean and new.

Finding the entrance took a bit but worked

    8JarodPosted on: 1-19-2026

Good location, a short walk away from Big Ben area. Room was really modern, and the lighting was especially nice, with RGB detailing. A/C worked well on a hot day.

We were sometimes awoken in the morning by loud hustling, so the doors are very thin. We chose a room without windows, however it did start to smell from moisture after a while.

Excellent location near Waterloo, easy check in and out, very polite and helpful staff.

Could have tea and coffee facilty in the room. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Perfect location and easy check in! Room was small but clean

Small room but as expected. Check in was easy and luggage storage on our check out was easy and made our trip easier. The location was great and close to lots of places

    Nice location, friendly staff.

Very small room, more like a cupboard.
