Very convenient location. Staff were very helpful polite and friendly and the room was spotlessly clean

Great hotel near almost everything in London.

The location is perfect right next to Westminster bridge.In walking distance to most attractions. It’s a lovely hotel and the room was exceptional.

I couldn’t get a booking to use the pool as there was no availability for my entire stay .

Would have been happy if...

Sadly the pool was not working and we were not given alternatives.It was a big draw when choosing the hotel. Spending time in the spa using the facilities

The room was a good size with nice ESPA products. Breakfast staff were helpful and polite

Check in was terrible. At 3pm our room was not ready and we had to wait over 1hr and 20 minutes to get the key to our room.Staff sent us for a drink but this was not good enough to make up for this lost time. We were unable to book a slot to use the swimming pool during our 4 day stay.Our room was often not cleaned until after 4pm in the evenings.Breakfast was chaotic we had to queue for over 20 minutes on 2 mornings to be seated.

Comfortable bed, quiet, good food and good location

Staff not overly friendly or helpful at bar. Very busy. Room not dusted and rubbish from previous guests under bed.

This time many things, Room was not at all like one bedroom suit, one small refrigerator completely empty, it was previously some drinks chargable basis, but this time empty, dont know why, what is the meaning then, room. Air-conditioning was horrible mainly living room, we complained and they sent technician who tested and said it is fine, we need to increase the fan speed to get warm but nothing happened, no active telephone to call for room service, 2nd day we complained and then they active the phone, bed was too uncomfortable and feeling back pain. We frustrated and leave it, 2 night saty, if we just trying to solve these things, then nothing to say. This is our marked hotel and we always stay when we are in London, but this time complimentary disappointed

The location is excellent. The staff were very friendly but also very professional. We had an issue with a blocked shower drain. This was dealt with immediately and we were compensated with Excecutive Lounge passes.

Beautiful hotel and incredible facilities. One downside for us was because it was so busy we could not get a swimming slot on any of thr day's we stayed even on check out day. We asked at reception and in the spa. We were added to a cancellation list but never got any slot. Our little boy was very disappointed

The location and the staff at reception was very helpful trying to accommodate our need during our stay.

The illy coffee shop n the bar lounge, the staff seems to have this posh arrogance tone. It feels looked down.

Very easy to stay with young children. Staff were very professional and approachable. Food was lovely. Excellent location close to attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Only provided with 3 towels despite booking being for a family of 4. No toilet brush...needed with young children! Pool was booked up for the duration of our stay due to high demand with half term. We didn't know the facilities had to be pre-booked before arrival.

Availability for spa / pool was extremely limited and this was the reason we had paid more and booked this hotel. In the end we had half an hr in the pool / sauna/ steam room at a time in the middle of the day which meant we had to rush our daytime activities. Regret this. Didn’t work out whether the spa staff didn’t understand me or were just being sassy …

Check-In - There were a few guests queuing to check-in but somehow, it took 30 minutes for me to get my room key (as we’ve already checked-in that morning). Staff were walking around but not helping to expedite the queue.

It was half term which led to us not being to use the swimming pool and the queues for breakfast were horrendous so got charged for it but ended up eating elsewhere

Lovely hotel. Brilliant location, great staff. We had a family room and it was perfect as the bathroom separated our bed from the kids' bed which meant we could put them to bed without disturbing them.

Nothing really

The room was clean and nice, the location was amazing, and the hotel facilities were fantastic

The breakfast was a little bit limited, and there was a long queue, but the staff was super nice, and very agile, so we didn't end up waiting too much. Additionally, a small little detail but we were a family of 4 and the last day we didn't have 4 towels. It wasn't a big deal, tbh.
