- I loved the location. It was right next to the London Eye. The street for the entrance was quiet for sleeping. It was an easy walk across Westminster Bridge to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and more!
- The location, the restaurant, the bed and pillows, and the very helpful and courteous staff. I also liked how quiet the room was.
- I loved how close it was to all the sites. I was alao very impressed on how clean the hotel was! The restaurant was also another plus- the food was good and the service wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!

- The wifi was horrible. It did say it was a limited wifi, so I can't complain. You could pay $10 for a strong Wi-Fi for 24 hours. On the last night I tried to pay the $10 for the better connection. They gave it to me for free but I still couldn't connect.
- Would of liked to have the heater on in the evenings, but had a sweater. Also, I would of liked more room for hanging clothes. I also would of liked a clock, but the info channel on the tv told me the time.
- Occasional long waits for service in restaurant in the evening
