Great location

Paid for a wow room, website pics shown a lovely glass shower in room, city view. We had special assistance room, bathroom was a wet room and view from window was a brick wall with lots of bins! Fortunately the staff were very understanding and offered us another room, however we had to pay extra.

Great location near Waterloo but removed from the very busy areas. The street is full of lovely amenities and cafes. Bar is open 24/7 and the manager was very accommodating for us (group of 4). The staff in general were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a smart use of space. Shower was great, good pressure and spacious. Bed was comfy too.

We visited as a couple so we were happy with the room layout, but it is very open plan in case you’re visiting with friends.

Enjoyed this quirky Hotel. Nice atmosphere in the bar. Close to underground and train and also National Theatre which we were attending Staff were extremely friendly and enjoyed their work and interaction with guests.

Lovely bar, staff were really accommodating and helpful, hotel is really modern with quick check in through technology, rooms were clean and well designed, hotel has multiple facilities to cover off all needs, and staff allowed us to leave our bags on check out date to explore before travelling home

The place is just great! It has the cosy atmosphere from the first step in. Stuff is great - very friendly and helpful with everything. The place also offers delicious breakfasts, def worth the price.

The location and one nice bar worker. House cleaning was regular and amazing staff. The courtesy drive from our airport to the hotel was a very nice gesture.

They advertised this as a hotel…no this is a very small bar with some rooms upstairs. Rooms that ONLY have one bed. Extremely cramped quarters. Windows don’t open so we just had to live with no ventilation. There were refreshments like iced water and juice at the bar that were self serve. You had to pay the 40$ breakfast charge to even touch those. A very lackluster breakfast I wouldn’t pay for. Wished they were more hospitality shown.

Spotlessly clean rooms. Brightly and nicely decorated. Quirky interiors, having loo and shower in room enclosed in glass. Cosy bed. Super friendly staff. Around the corner from Waterloo station.

Would have liked, tea and coffee in rooms as I didn’t want to go outside my room in my PJs into the shared areas. Also amenity kit in room. Breakfast was underwhelming would only two hot items in the cold of January.

Great stay in a perfect location - just a short walk to Waterloo station and easy to walk to many attractions. Sue at the front desk was so kind, and the hotel manager, Gui, was very accommodating. Loved the option to skip room cleaning in exchange for drink vouchers - such a cool idea. Would definitely stay again!

Liked the Marshal amplifier with bluetooth + 3.5mm jack, so you can relax with some music :)

Extremely well situated in close proximity to Waterloo. Clean functional rooms, well thought out space and comfy beds. I think the stand out USP are the staff. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. We had cocktails in the bar and they were amazing highly recommend the tiramisu martini!

Location was fabulous. Lower Marsh is a lively market street closed to cars. Street vendors during the daytime, and outdoor seating at pubs and restaurants. But with all that, no noise issues. It's also perfectly situated for public transportation.Everything was clean clean clean. The staff were unfailingly cheery, polite, friendly, and helpful.And it's lovely to be able to come in late at night and relax with a cocktail, or get a fresh coffee 24/7.

We would have appreciated a small desk in the room, something to put a tablet or laptop on. And perhaps a bit of drawer space for clothes.

The room is spacious, Bedsheets are comfy and clean.

Clean and comfortable, centrally located. I left an item of clothing in the room and the staff were very helpful in locating it and put it aside for me to collect.
