Pros +
- The Waterloo location is fun! Cafés with different styles, small/good restaurants, two tube stations nearby.Although no windows(basement level), the room is wonderful! Incredibly comfortable and beautiful. Everyone at reception was nice.
- The room had everything you would hope for with a stay - microwave, small fridge, and stovetop. There was a wonderful grocery store across the street and many pubs and shops - close to all the best attractions. We will be back for sure!
- Great location. Staff was very kind and accommodating. They upgraded my room for a one night stay and held my luggage the next day while I was sightseeing.
Cons -
- The bed was small, because the room itself (typical of Europe) was small. The bed was also quite hard, which some people may love, but not us so much. Otherwise, no complaints. :)
- The staff is not responsible for what they say- they’re very misleading, they don’t listen at what u ask them and then tell u straight up your face that that was not what they said. I had booked this hotel for a short trip but after my train tickets got canceled due to strikes I asked them kindly if i could modify the dates of arrival. After they told me no problem, i got new train tickets and called back to confirm. They acted so surprised and denied they ever said that. I wish I could’ve recorded the call. At least I would’ve expected an apology for the miss understanding and go on my way but these people have 0 communication skills and know nothing about customer service. Sooo, after they refused to do anything about it, no future credit, nothing, just repeating like parrots “no refund policy” I had to finally buy plane tickets for the same dates. Couldn’t even relax or sleep because they have the smallest beds I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. If you’re tall- don’t go here. If u ask them anything- make sure u have proof of what they say.

Whatever made me choose this hotel i regret it because of such a bad experience with the staff. Not helpful and arrogant.

Clean, good location
The street is noisy at night
Location is great! Walking distance to an underground station with many lines but still feels like a safe, great area. The room is beautiful. We had originally selected a basement room but they let us know we got upgraded and the room we got upgraded to was huge and great. Will stay here the next time I'm back in London!
location, staff, and vibe
bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
The location in Waterloo was perfect for us. The price was ok.
No window (ok for that price) but also lightning was not comfy at all and some of the lights were flickering. The Wifi connection was so bad, that we did not have any wifi in the room. Asking the staff for a solution did not work, since they could not reach anyone making a decision so we had no possibility to resolve that issue. Also the room appeared way bigger on the pictures than it actually was. Doors and walls were not isolated well, so we heard everything that was going on in the hallway and at the reception.
Everything is good. Friendly stuff, clean rooms and great location
Close to the airport. Staff were very friendly! Rooms very quiet and comfortable for a short stay.
Very expensive, best to go off sight for water and snacks. Not much in the immediate area to do, only fast food within walking distance.
The location and overall room was nice, helpful to have a mini kitchenette.
They don’t change sheets, just redo your bed. The room was much smaller in real life than in the photos online.
Location, modern design
Street noise could be heard clearly as if we were outside, slight draft around window.
Location
room smelt bad, sheets and towels had stains, receptionist was smoking weed. Bed was smaller than advertised and sound proofing was bad
Excellent location, good room size, staff always available to ask questions
One day we had less towels and paper, but the rest of the stay was all good. Ah, and they didn't have a vacuum cleaner to suck air from some bags but that's was on us.
Location, it’s few minutes walk to Big Ben and train station. I also like that the room has a kitchen ? Also, there’s grocery store just across the hotel. So convenient!
Room can be little bit small if you have big luggages.
Property was clean, nice quiet area.
Check in attendant was rude, not pleasant at all. Hotel room had no hand towels, or foot mats. Thanks.
I loved the location, the hotel was nicely decorated, the room had everything you need and the staff were helpful
The pillows were flat, should be replaced in my opinion and I didn't like the cleaning supplies, clean linens and dirty linens pilled up in front of the elevator for hours each day
The location was great. Had multiple restaurants and food markets near the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Naymur was one of the staff members that was very helpful and very friendly. Thank you Naymur for answering all our questions.
Everything was good for us.
It’s very close to Waterloo Station, only about an 8-minute walk from the London Eye, and just a few more minutes to Big Ben.
The Wi-Fi occasionally didn’t work, but the staff were kind and always resolved the issue quickly to make sure it was up and running again.
The location was good nearby the London eye and a 10 minute walk to Big Ben. I liked how during the weekday the street was closed off and they had food vendors. I also liked how a major train station was 5 minutes away. Overall the property was good and I felt safe!
For the most part I don’t have any complaints although I will say the towels were a little dirty but nothing crazy to make a big deal about!
