Paying extra to use the swimming pool atrocious �10 per person so you stay for 5 nights go swimming every day �50

Staff at breakfast was friendly. Shower was decent.

Room was outdated needed updating sand some paint. Not sound proof either.

The price was low. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The heating in the room and hot water for the shower need attention.

Lovely establishment and very modern comfortable rooms, room are affordable and the bar is a nice area

Air con/heating isn’t the warmest

Location, car park and communal areas were nice.

The bathroom was poor - dents in the bath, hole in the wall where extractor fan should have been. Generally bathrooms were old. Wallpaper peeling off, damp stains which has been painted on the ceiling.

I was upgraded to a superior room . The young lady on reception was super friendly and professional.My stay was superb . I would not hesitate to go back

Found someone else’s boxers and socks in my bedroom and my door didn’t lock!

Air con set to 28.5oC and would not stop. Room dirty with some else’s boxers and socks in it, door didn’t lock and the bed was extremely hard.

Antonio he was wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

The heating in my bedroom was well below parr. No heater at all room 225

The pool was lovely

We paid for the romance package and when we got to the room there was a cheap bottle of prosseco and the rose petals were already turning black on the ends, there were a lot of bits of petals and it looked a mess. We paid an extra £50 for this package.We went to reception to let them know and the receptionist was very rude and dismissive with us (possibly because of our age (20)).We have since put in a complaint but all we have been offered is a preferential rate for our next stay.

Beautiful room and lovely bed

When having a bath the lovely provided soap etc was out of reach so you had to stand up to reach them

The hotel is nice, clean and big room. The swimming pool was really nice and clean, quiet which was perfect for us and the staff very friendly. The dinner was very good and all the seats were very nice and cozy.

As much as I enjoyed the food as quality the variety of food was limited. There was no many choices for dinner and starters. The breakfast was very limited, I ordered fried eggs well done but they came runny and I didn’t even had a chance to try them as the egg white was literally uncooked. Coffee.. massive disappointment, as a big coffee drinker this was one of the worst experiences I ever had. No water in the jar and as general limited choices for food. The restaurant was pretty cold at the evening, definitely needed a coat for dinner.

Well kept, clean and friendly environment

We were evacuated and left outside for an over an hour due to a “fire”

Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed and very basic Not enough pillows and heating made an horrendous noise so had to switch it off

As a repeat visitor they upgraded me

The room was freezing and the heating not working. I mentioned this on check out and they advised they knew it wasn’t working in that part of the building and I could have asked for a heater. Not brilliant I should have been told before

We booked for dinner then on arrival were told there was only a very restricted menu. The food was not up to the standard of everything else, which was wonderful.
