Spacious and clean.

Shower was a poor design choice. Water went outside the shower area so I had to wipe the bathroom floor.

Staff at the bar are horrifically rude There’s a weird culture of rudeness to customers especially women - not cool

I book a family room and got a double bed room for 5 pax .. not even a explanation .. terrible

Close to the airport.

Shuttles are not free, the customer pays min 8 £ per person. Heathrow has a minimum 7£ charge just to drop off a passenger, money grab by the airport. Will change to Gatwick a/p for my.jext trip!

It’s a very convenient location for Heathrow Airport, my room was comfortable.

The carpark was ridiculously overcrowded. I was told to park or double yellow or double red, but just not to block the road. Even finding a space on double yellow was a challenge. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. The kettle in my room didn’t work. The information on my TV wasn’t accessible/working, I was told to call the restaurant to get the room service menu, they read it out over the phone. Nobody offered to fix the TV issue. While staff were friendly, there was no sense of customer service being a priority. It was just about processing you as quickly as possible. I suspect there are not enough staff.

Power outage meant hotel was in dark on morning of departure. Smell of mould in corridor.

Nice staff. The bed was comfy. Near to the airport. The breakfast was lovely.

swimming pool - pure anarchy, no swim lanes, no ordercar park - same as swimming pool, parking on double yellows and anywhere where an inch of space was availablestaff - very polite, but reception was empty upon arriving so had to wait for check in for about 10minuteshotel suffered power cut on the morning of my check out, which resulted in me not being able to use the facilities or go for a breakfast. i do understand that stuff like this happens , but not a single member of staff offered explanation or an apology. rather dissapointing stay

I liked the nice comfortable bed. The airport shuttle was easy to use also.

Location to Heathrow terminal 3 was excellent. Hotel was very good and options for food and drinks.

The check in process on screen was a bit clumsy.

Lovely room and super comfortable bed.

The body lotion had run out which was a bit annoying!

The service was great and the rooms cute and well-appointed.

Our room was freezing and the vents were blowing ice cold air regardless of thermostat. The room was extremely dusty, and the refrigerator didn’t work (it was actually warmer in there than in the room) so we had to end up throwing away some baby formula.

Parking is chaos with cars everywhere. We booked a deal with booking.com which didn't work and had to pay extra.Staff who dealt with the issue were not particularly helpful

Room was suitable for a family of 4.It was near a fantastic pub - The Three Magpies Breakfast was great.

Self check in no staff to help, big queues and long wait. Really disappointed with the lack.of customer service- especially being a Radisson.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff, attractive eating facilities with good food. Excellent selection for breakfast.
