Nice big room lovely power shower good Internet and very welcoming staff

We had, a works do where it was a buffet was not impressed by the quantity of food allowed to have considering the price not impressed thought it was, all you can it oh well. Should be for the price we paid each as well

Good value accommodation with large room and bathroom and plenty of free parking

Very steep narrow stairs to room and very soft mattress

Had everything we needed, comfortable bed and parking. Great value for money. Friendly staff

Very welcoming staff. Room warm & comfortable. Plenty of tea bags and milk in room. Quiet room, slept well, didn’t hear any noise at all. Nice hot shower.

Room was a little too warm but heat coming from towel rail in bathroom so shut bathroom door and room temperature was much better for sleeping.

Clean room. En suite, telly and WiFi. Good welcome. Value for money.

Nothing for the price.

Nice location and friendly staff

Heating was always on and couldn’t turn it down in room 19

Great reception staff, easy checkin. Decent beds , decent showers. Plenty of parking

Location was excellent - at the centre of DesboroughThe price was very competitivePlenty of free parking

Stairs up to the upper floor rooms were very steep

Clean location

Noise from other rooms Bed income

Bed

Stairs far too steep. Not compatible with current legislation. Parking limited.

The cleanliness was impeccable, staff were very accommodating, situation was good

No drawers or anywhere to put clothes

Friendly staff, clean room, bathroom was good.

Bed was not great in terms of comfort but it was clean

The room was clean and be suite bathroom very nice.

The walls are very thin, so you could hear a lot of noise. We had a very disruptive night as people in Room 21 were arguing for 2 hours on the stair case outside our room.Would be nice to have decent tea bags in individual sealed wrapping.

Unfortunately the rooms were extremely poor.

The room was unclean dust everywhere to the point I had to clean it myself, and the kettle clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was urine all over the toilet seat and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Nothing much. It's a load of rubbish

Parking is non existent, it's not a hotel. You risk having your car stolen or broken into. It's like a council estate Description is way off what this place is

Staff was amazingly friendly. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

We didn't realise we booked a wheelchair accessible room. Don't know if we missed that in the booking or if that wasn't stated anywhere. This meant the bathroom floor was an unpleasant material, didn't seem too clean and the sink was very low. The rug in the room was genuinely filthy, we had to roll it up and put it to the side. It had tons of crusty stains and gross bits on it.

Receptionist couldn't be more helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Room had everything you need, even a little private courtyard.

The main purpose of a hotel is for sleep and it had the cheapest, softest, worst mattress. My back hurts! Why would you spend time and effort on getting all the fringe things absolutely right and get the one most important thing wrong.

Quite village, good curry next door restaurant. Fiesta Indian

No amenities. There was a small lounge area between the hall. There where loads of take aways, which meant you had to eat with your fingers. No plates or cutlery. I did find a lovely curry house next door. But it was not clear you could book a table on line. Managed to book a table at the last minute. As we travelled for two hours we just wanted to chill i comfort no driving. Shower door broken. Access to room, stairway very steep. No breakfast, a vending machine, like being in a hospital.

The staff we met were lovely and put us at ease straight away. Very helpfulThen we saw the room , it was huge and so clean. The hotel looked the part inside and out

Absolutely nothing it was fab
