The food in the tapas bar was really good, the room decor was to a good standard and the bathroom seemed virtually new.

The stairs to the rooms are quite steep. I would have liked curtains in the room in addition to the slatted blind, as it would improve the darkening of the room. Not a serious problem though because it was not excessively light outside.

Reception were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bathroom was roomy and well appointed.

The room itself was a little worn, however there were improvements being done and I guess part of that would be updating the rooms.

Friendly and helpful on arrival and the room had all I needed, coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water supplied. Didn't use the shower, but the bathroom was modern and clean. Very quiet, so easy to get a good night's sleep.

The taxis advertised on the reception desk were not local and charged more as they were coming from Market Harborough. I googled a taxi from the Kettering area and this was about £4.00 less.

Amazing for the price..room was spacious.. had everything in room..hairdryer.. little table. Staff at reception absolutely amazing both seem happy and warming, helped us with Internet access as I didn't work to begin with. We asked for plates and cutlery so we could get a take away and even offered us an area we could go and sit.

Just needs a little extra clean around bathroom.. top of bath quite dusty and door handle to bathroom quite sticky but that's just my ocd sorry

TV did not work,Long stairs to get to my room, I had a heavy bag to drag up there.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in...

The room smelt of sewage and when I asked if they could sort it or change us rooms their response was the only other room that is available is next door, we then went next door to check and next door smelt even worse so I was told that if I’m not happy she would give me a full refund and I can leave as it was late and I hadn’t had nowhere else to go, I thought that was abit rude.

Comfortable. Quit. Good location. Free parking. Tea/Coffee facility. Restaurant close by. Clean. Friendly & Helpful staff. Recommended place.

There was a private party in the hotel environment until after midnight, the music was loud, only managed to sleep after the party was over, it was really selfish of the management to sacrifice the rest of its customers for a party.

Not fancy just very cheap room for one night .. perfect for that . Staff very friendly cant fault them . All good for what is required for one night

Plenty of parking, very good tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Very small sink in the bathroom and the glass shelf above didn't help. Keep hitting my head on the shelf.

The kettle was too big to fill up using the sink. The bathroom was quite narrow

Says free toiletries. We're there any? Apart from shower gel? My bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.The place isn't soundproofed very well. Could hear people returning loudly yo their rooms, someone having a massive sneezing episode (poor person), and someone hit my door (presumably accidentally).

Parking wasn't a problem during my say. There was plenty of room in a large car park to the rear of the complex. Staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was handled quickly and professionally. My room was presented in a clean, tidy manner with plenty of drinking water, coffee, and tea on hand. There's a lively pub just across the road with plenty of fast food outlets within walking distance. The hotel complex has a vending machine for late night snacks. The hotel felt and looked as if it had recently had a make-over.

Depending on which room you're allocated, the stairs leading up to it may be a bit challenging, especially if you're carrying a lot of baggage. Top tip, only carry what you can easily manage or need from the car as you book in. The TV in my room wasn't picking up on many of the available channels, but the basics were available with minor interference. It soon became noticeable that there was a drainage issue from the on suite toilet area, and my bed was uncomfortable down the middle where the two mattresses came together. Point to note: The pub across the road has live music most nights, so if you're after a quiet night, think again.

The check in was so easy, lovely staff and very helpful. Rooms very clean and tidy. Plenty of room in bedroom and en suite. Parking is free, off the road and away from others to see. Will be using for quick breaks again.

Only thing was the towel rail radiator nect to wc. Might be tricky to use when heating on. But only issue. Every thing else was 100% great.
